He's weightlifting in preparation for returning to track cycling. He tagged his "coach" (@empiricalcycling) who is giving him all these exercises. And he always used to squawk, "Squats = watts" (watts being the measure of power in cycling).

I am totally talking out of my ass, but I would think that when it comes to elite levels of sport (something which of course has no application to Captain Troon here) 90% of the effort to get that last 10% of results would not be too unusual. This actually applies to a lot of things in life.

A good analogy is your stereo receiver. You can probably get a B+ SOUNDING receiver for around $300--but if you want you can (and would have to) pay $2,000 for something that will take you up to an "A+." Or think of women. A high five-figures salary can easily net you an "8" but if you want an actual factual "10" with a side of brains, you'd better be pulling down a quarter mil at least.

Jesus christ two of those medals were on the same day. But yeah the fat dickless dude deserves more praise.

If Rhys gets back into whatever autistic track discipline he was in, all that will matter are watts. He can stay a fatass but he will still have a watt advantage in sprinting. There's no shifting in track cycling so if he beefs up to the point he can more easily spin out a bigger gearing he'd have an inherent advantage.

Years ago i seriously considered upping sticks and settling in NZ. This was the early 90's. I liked the people and the diversity of the scenery and really preferred it to OZ.
Having learnt of that cunt Hubbard being voted sportswoman of the year, by more cunts, on top of voting in horseface and other retarded shit i hope every kiwi gets a lifetime of serious sexual diseases and every time they take a piss they are reminded of what they allowed to happen.
