Not to be too optimistic but I think the Dems are well and truly fucked in 2022. Biden's popularity is flagging Obama's, and 2010 was the worst year the Dems have had in congress in 40+ years. I'll be voting red ticket for the first time ever to spite the mandate garbage, and even the Dem core voter base is no longer excited at the prospect of owning the evil GOP racists.

Yes! Assuming things continue as they are, whoever wins, we lose. The dem civil war doesn't mean anything good by itself, rather it's an opportunity for other forces and movements to grow to oppose them.

Look at it like the National Football League, (NFL), in the US. There are 2 conferences in the League, the American Football Conference, (AFC), and the National Football Conference, (NFC). The teams in each conference play against each other and the “best” team in each conference end up playing against each other every year in the Super Bowl.
So they’re all competing against each other, fighting against each other, right? Wrong, because they’re ALL players. They’re all members of the same Player’s Union. They may be on different “teams” and in different “conferences”, but they’re all in the same league, all playing the same game. Republicans and Democrats are the same thing.

He pissed off the troops of all colors and basically got them questioning their mission and the morale dropped. That was before they botched Afghanistan getting 13 service members killed 200+ Afghan civillians killed...and then drone striking former allies of the U.S. and their kids killing 10.
Oh and inflation affects people living on base too. Now we have the Bishop of the US Army saying 'Catholics can refuse the vax'
