I wonder if it bothers VAs like Jamie and Moronica on some level to voice characters that are so many things they could neve be: lovable, interesting, attractive, successful, financially capable, not obese, not despised by nearly everyone that meets them, etc?

I think Marchi hates what she does,she hates that her fans are weebs and thinks she's above them,she thinks of herself as some talented,funny,intelligent person & when she had all that backlash over line changes not only did she not learn from her mistake, she let her ego convince herself that it was fat male incels jealous because she's such a funny strong woman and doubled down. In reality weebs just want translations and localization that match up & don't push agendas. It's not because she's a woman,it's because she's a spoiled,egotistical,rude,disrespectful, SJW loudmouth.

In all seriousness, it isn't just Jamie.
We've seen voice actors from the Funimation clique and the LA group exhibit quiet contempt for the people that make their line of work possible. However, Jamie is one of the more vocal ones.

Ironic how you supported a campaign like Time’s Up when all this time, you actively cover up for sex pests that should be doing real time behind bars.

Chupp is a joke, letting her go when the evidence was right in front of him...Speaking of, he refused to look at any of the evidence because he didn't want to be bothered with it..I hope that it doesn't go back to him and someone who is competent is dealing with it now...Not holding my breath though. We all know how the justice system simps for abusive women.

Chupp doesn't understand the TCPA. He ruled equally badly in the opposite direction when he ruled that negative Google/Yelp reviews were actionable defamation not covered by the TCPA.
