My main problem with this argument is that the rest of the LGBT community doesn't seem to think this. Gays, lesbians, and bisexuals actively want to make AGP trannies the face of their movement and enable their degenerate behavior. To me at least, that makes them just as bad as any transbian.

It seems like there's a divide. One of my friends who used to be for transwomen has had his mind changed about them being the front of the LGBT community by - surprise! - meeting trans women. Most of my gay friends either stay out of it, prefering to lead a life that isn't filled with tumblr and twitter genderspecials and focus on their job and the people around them, or tend to regard them as a part rather than the face of the community. Younger friends of mine who are more favorable met as many AGPs due to being in a low lgbt+ area or being shy asocial nerds online.
The people who seem to want it either drown themselves in queer politics online or are young and naive. I get your feelings.

I feel bad for him because suicide attempts are always awful and I hope he gets some help. You become disillusioned very quickly after realizing you have to walk on egg shells around them and never criticize their bad behaviour no matter how bad it is, because "muh dysphoria/transition". Most of them, even if they seem OK or even cool when you first befriend them, quickly become a whiny and toxic hot potato. I lost my sympathy for them long ago as they are not capable of sympathy for others (who aren't troons). Narcissistic consoomers with handmaidens orbiting around them, ugh. No woke points are worth it.

If I got stuck talking to them I'd eyeroll internally and just politely listen to them talk about their super serious tabletop RPG campaign set in a gender anarchy steampunk world, or a magical girl anime they were obsessed with.

The other trans women I knew from that time were essentially party people who used to be pretty fun to spend time with. Degenerate (sucking dick in a club toilet) and toxic (substance abuse up the wazoo), but fun - and since I was a student those weren't traits that bothered me. I'm still in touch with a few of them - small doses, because they haven't calmed down - and I'll generally have a pleasurable time. There's no sense of eggshells with them because they're not going to get offended unless you talk about gender stuff, and they don't bring it up because they'd rather talk about their new boyfriend who they're sure is the one even though they met at a sex party and only have been drunk with since.

What attracts my attention is the breasts.
My assumption is he already had ponderous moobs before transing, and HRT helped them get bigger.
Breast implants would not be placed that low, like the person getting them was north of 40 years old after having several kids.
