His nose is what really mystifies me, why did he keep so much of it? His nose is huge and screams male to me, but the surgeon could have cut it to pretty much any size. I'm sure that he just decided not to remove too much of it because it would be obvious that it had been operated on, but it still would look less male. It's really a fucking massive honker and I would be pisssssed if I'd paid good money for them to shave off a little bit of bridge.

I would suspect that it has to do with “looking natural”. You’re right, there’s only so much to be done with cheekbones and brow ridges and chins, but if you’re left with that and a Doris Day nose right in the middle, it’s gonna be obvious something is off. Even women born with big noses that get “natural” work done wouln’t go too small, because it could really mess with the rest of the features you’ve been given.
