Found something peculiar regarding the Xband revival potential troon that was briefly mentioned some time ago (or is that Byuu?), his or her Twitter profile doesn't have any pronouns, which isn't really something you see with troons. I guess this is either a troon who at least minds his own business and stays out of drama, or perhaps an actual woman with a deeper voice, perhaps an older woman. Here's one of the potential troon's videos, so you judge yourselves. I personally give 60/40 odds this is a troon vs an older woman. We never see this individual's face in any videos on the channel. But I will say that I found the other videos genuinely interesting.

I only brought them up before just because you mentioned XBAND lmao. AFAIK Byuu and Natalie don't even know each other; I've never seen the latter bring up anything relating to the shitstorm at least on Twitter (too lazy to dig through their other socials) It would be funny though if there was some sort of one sided beef from Byuu or CIA Niggers side.

I never claimed Byuu or CIA Nigger know him. I just said that this troon is pretty harmless, for lack of a better term, but that CIA Nigger or maybe Byuu would be still capable of finding something worth making drama about. After all, before the Schrödinger's troon saga, Byuu himself wasn't very drama worthy, amassing less pages in 3 years than what lolcows like DSP or Wings would amass in 3 days. Yet CIA Nigger felt like making a thread of him would get a lot of attention.

TL;DR The Xband troon might know Byuu, key word being "might". But merely keeping an eye on him is more than sufficient, being a seemingly peaceful individual that minds his own business. But you never know.

Yeah, 90% chance this person is trans, but not all trans people are troons and this sort of thing really isn't that rare; it's just that the pronouns-in-the-bio types are the more obnoxious ones who are more likely to get the attention of a forum of people who track obnoxious people on the Internet. There are plenty of trans people who just want to live their lives as they wish and aren't demanding special treatment or shoving their feminine penises in anyone's face.

Unless we have some concrete evidence this person knows about or even cares about the Byuu situation, leave them alone and let them work on their stuff.

The point of the lawsuit is to force Hector to do a deposition under oath and to have more resources for the sake of proving Near is alive. In many cases faking your own death involves crimes with prison time involved, so that alone might be worth it.

i think that's only when there's fraud involved whether its fundraising or using fake identities. Going on with your life as normal while telling some internet people you killed yourself is not a crime afaik. You'd have to be a bit silly to file a lawsuit for this which is why everyone itt is asking for someone else to do it.

Whether or not faking death itself is a crime would be a question of Japanese law, and if I were to hazard a guess I'd think Japan of all places would definitely criminalize it. A lawsuit would probably be based on defamation, slander, and/ or false light. Byuu very clearly intended to damage Josh Moon and the Farms, and those spreading the lie are at best negligent, but may have actual knowledge of the falsity, so there is at least enough of a case to survive SLAPP imo. I'm not doing it because I'm not a damaged party, if I tried it wouldn't survive SLAPP, and I'm uninterested in wasting money on it. There are certainly people who have a greater stake in debunking the lie in a clear and final way.

You're probably right, it would get some laughs but it would be time consuming and at best all that's gained is dunking on a furry troon and a clout chaser who's somehow more pathetic. Even if there isn't a criminal law against it, and I'm pretty sure Japan has laws against most anything they'd want to punish you for, at the very least, they'd deport you as an undesirable, and just embarrassing the authorities is enough for that. Short of murder or some heinous crime they want to make an example of, they're often just glad to get embarrassing foreigners on their way and make sure they never come back.

Also don't forget lawsuits in Japan are not only insanely expensive, but excruciatingly slow. It wouldn't even be unheard-of for it to last 20 years or some shit.
