Looks like she took the pictures of who I assume is the all powerful Alison off the profile though.
Either she’s not sure enough or she’s scared.

I actually logged in to post some Victoria. She hasn't been overly interesting, especially not compared to Chelsea's three week hospital stay for a hysterectomy, but she has been posting. She has a habit of referring to "pheochromocytoma" as "Pheo" and it's been giving me 2000s ana/mia vibes. "Ana made me throw my food out the window and call my mom a bitch." I'm not entirely sure why; she doesn't seem to use it that way. But one of her doctors thought she was talking about a dog.
Also, so rare and complex and #twinless.
It takea a village to raise a child, likewise, it takes a village to understand a medically complex patient. I have been blessed beyond measure to have an amazing mobile gastroenterology clinic.
Honestly, I was a little hesitant about getting my care with them and so was my primary. However, I was at the end of my rope, no one knew how to help and most were scared of my complexity. I Have gotten to the point that I will try anything to improve my quality of life.
Being set up with this gi clinic has been by far one of the best decisions I have made this year. I don't just have a decent doctor, I have the most compassionate Dr who listens to me and works diligently to understand what's happening in my body. Theres a whole team of Dr behind her, I have a nutritionist, gut focused psychologist and a health coach (who will check in daily for the time being). These people are perfect, they don't just throw meds or harder blinders on. They actually consider the WHOLE body, each system, each illness, & more.
This is the BEST Gasto I have worked with. She spent over an hour with me today discussing the root of my pain, trying to put the pieces together with my health, and listening to the difficulties I have faced. Not only do we have some strong theories of what is happening but she also encouraged me. She told me I have gone above & beyond to improve my health. She was impressed with how I communicate with physicians and reassured me it's hard to get the right ones on a case as complex as mine.
So what's going on? A lot, per usual. The illnesses we believe are responsible for me feeling so poor are as follows Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Gastroparesis, Adrenal Insufficiency, Pheochromocytoma, and Ulcerative Colitis. Additionally, she believes I have nerve damage in my abdomen ( I was told in the past I have CPRS there). Due to Various symptoms I have missed a lot of my infusions recently so that's another cause.
There is no feeling like being heard and working with a physician you trust

Laura’s rant to try to take down her friend just made her seem more crazy. Which is a feat, because she comes off as so mentally unhinged that I don’t even like to comment on her updates.
Still, announcing that you have years of savings and can, in fact, afford to buy your own food but simply don’t want to and whine about the injustice of it all and your danger for starvation doesn’t make you look like a genius with savings. It makes you look like a manipulative mooch, like we were observing.
While I’m sure she felt super victorious and thrilled posting all that, it just made her look exactly like the person we all expected. And, revealed to her friends that people are laughing at her antics, which...why would you do that to yourself?
I knew her when we were kids. My friends don’t talk to her or about her anymore because of her behavior, but I see what she posts online. So you all probably know as much as me in terms of her current mental state
I don’t think I’m the right person to assist with the schadenfreude I’ve seen here and so this is my last comment. But I think there have been signs of instability from a young age that maybe weren’t taken seriously because kids are dumb and just think ‘that’s just how she is’ and don’t attribute it to mental health or tell any adults about the things they’re hearing or seeing. Things escalated in early adulthood and there comes a point where even people who really care about helping someone can’t handle the crises anymore for their own emotional well-being. I don’t think there are many people irl who take any sort of enjoyment in seeing how things have unfolded for Laura. But there are incidents that long predate the illnesses she describes which were very alarming and upsetting for the people involved who I do care a lot about also and don’t want to give any identifying information about them or myself
Probably late to the game, but who the fuck does this? If aomeone filmed me while I was just working, I'd be fucking pissed. This has to be against some hospital policy or something. This is the sad reality behind some of the individuals discussed here as well as for a vast number of families with a mentally ill loved one. Sometimes disengaging with love is the absolute best way to protect yourself from someone like Laura.

But, speaking for myself alone, this thread (which covers an array of individuals exhibiting attention-seeking behaviors centered around health, rather than Laura exclusively) has been extremely healing and informative. I was drawn to it because I have firsthand experience with people like this. The glib tone has been therapeutic. And there are really informative posts on Munchausens as well as personality disorders that have allowed me to identify patterns of predictable behavior in those affected with whom I am connected.
I can’t imagine how I would feel encountering someone I am connected to in real life on a KF thread, and I hope that you’re doing well and able to protect yourself from Laura’s destructive dysfunction at this point. My sympathies to you and all those who know her.

They do not skip generations, though she claims her diseases did, and if 1 parent does not have the disease, it is impossible for the child to develop the disease. Nope. The TikTok I grabbed the screenshots from are about her parents’ ethnicity and how she’s half and half. She also talks about how her mom was preggers with her and her conjoined twin and her conjoined twin was miscarried yada yada and that’s why she has so many illnesses
