Once again, you are not a victim of Cyberstalking. At least not from Kiwi Farms. State and Federal Law Enforcement and every Court in the State and the Federal Courts have told you so. Just because you imagine something in your deluded paranoid madness does not make it in fact a reality. Your Legal Arguments may make sense inside your rather deranged head. Your previous cases were not dismissed because of bad wording on your part. They were dismissed because you had no legal cause of action. This remains the case. While you are worrying about the Defendants Attorney's Fees that are about to land on your plate, worry about this. In Hardin's most recent District filing it is the first time that any single Judge has seen the full history of your repeated case filings against Joshua Moon, with compelling evidence from your own communications that you are in fact deliberately violating prior Judgements to attempt to retry the same matter that has already been dismissed both at the State and Federal Level, and was denied Certiorari by the Supreme Court. Judges tend to get a bit pissy when matters that were already clearly settled by prior courts including the supreme court end up back on their desk without a direct referral from higher court. Similarly your current appeals will go nowhere. The Appeals court will dismiss them as matters not yet appropriate for that court. Any attempts to appeal the District Courts overall decision will fail because there is no reversible error and you once again have no actual legal cause of action.

Pitbulls make horrible guard dogs unless you abuse them. They are not bred for that role...hence why you don't see them used as guard dogs by anyone other than idiot poor people...
