In this situation, the girl/quote from the meme is the main character from the show 13 Reasons Why. The show revolves around her committing suicide, arguably because people didn't pay enough attention to her (also some rape was involved) then left little tapes to all the people in her life who she blamed as the "reasons why" she did it. So, in this case, using her image in their meme about Kevin's egg cracking tweet may be oddly prescient to the future of all these "cracked eggs".

How would that even work? Foreign language teachers have to speak English to communicate with the students, at least initially. A slight powerlevel but I knew a deaf teacher that taught sign language in a school. They were able to read lips and spoke quite well with a bit of a lisp but she taught well. They were actually a good teacher and would have a yearly musical of sorts for both hearing and deaf people in which the students would sign to music and would dress in costumes.
