I feel this needs to be addressed. The people saying Vic is irrelevant because he hasn't been in a new anime for a few years are profoundly stupid and don't understand how an acting career is built at all. Not shocking, I know but think about what they're saying for a moment.
They are saying because Vic isn't in the new hip seasonal anime titles that are coming out every year he's a nobody to the fandom. This is like saying voice actors like Steve Blum are irrelevant because they aren't in a whole lot of new productions, completely ignoring the fact that Blum is the voice of Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop.
I know this is hard for these vapid, trendy subhuman pieces of shit to understand but when you voice a major character in big series like Dragon Ball Z, Cowboy Bebop or Fullmetal Alchemist, everything else will pale in comparison. You could be in 10 new titles this year but a role like the ones I mentioned above are the ones people tend to remember and care about.
Sean Schemmel for example, is only known for voicing Goku. He's done work in other series such as Yu-Gi-Oh! GX but people mostly known him for Goku. If Sean Schemmel were to suddenly retire after the new DBZ movie comes out he will still be remembered because he voiced the main character for so long. The same goes for Vic who voiced Broly for the longest time in the video games.

They're either making shit up like usual, or they're bitching about people criticising his version of roles he was replaced from Vic. Which kinda makes sense because his Broly is kinda mid compared to Vic. But his other roles are not bad, like Sabo from One Piece.

I remember when they replaced Vic with JYB for the broly role ppl were disappointed that Vic was replaced but happy that it was JYB.I have a feeling that Android 17 will be recast soon as well. I doubt Scumimation will make it a public execution this time around tho.
