I remember a while ago he went to town in his cosplay for no reason(if he wasn't lying ofc) and had a fun time. I don't know how it is possible to do that but i live in a different culture then him. Still i doubt there won't be a breakdown as soon as he sees 50 people and realizes he has 0 points in speech.

I think most users want to see that for most cows. (There are exceptions, obviously.) I don't think anyone isn't happy that Pad Gardner found a doctor to figure out and cure his extremely unnatural desire to become a menstrual pad- and that he now leads a pretty normal life. Null spent years laying out long term care plans as well as giving financial, mental, and life support and advice to Chris Chan so he would have some kind of stability after Barb died. The forums laugh at shenanigans cows willingly put out there for all to see, but I don't think the majority are heartless assholes who want to see said cows starving and homeless or not able to get the help they need.

That's not how it has ever worked. Your shrink prescribes what they think is best after you've had some sessions discussing things. You take the meds and report how they're making you feel. Adjustments are made from there. The process also depends on you being honest about how you're feeling on the meds compared to before you were taking them. That's it. It may take time to find the right meds or combo, but it's nowhere near that involved as genetic testing. That's for shit like, autoimmune disorders and hereditary cancers.

Genetic testing for psychiatric meds involves testing your liver enzyme activity to predict which meds could not work on you due to your system metabolizing them away too efficiently. Most antidepressants have a thin margin of effective serum level and nonlinear pharmacodynamics, which almost nobody measures in patients, neither does anyone measure brain structure or levels of neurotransmitters in the brain before telling you to down those pills. The "You take the meds and report how they're making you feel." is pseudoscience at best - ever heard of doctors using warfarin like that? No, they measure it in blood and the medication effects can be objectively measured with equipment.

Who the fuck knows what he has being saying to her and remember he is probably lying about going to the therapist.
Let's just say he isn't lying and he has muh depression or whatever the fuck.
