Holy fucking shit, of all directions I expected him to go in, a god damn roleplaying account was not one of them.
Now I've got to keep my eye on another account, but let's take a look at this new one.
Lou is now not even hiding what city they live in as it's firmly shown in their bio. Their new username WyldStripez is also exactly the kind of thing I'd expect someone trying to sound cool to younger people would pick.
As was previously mentioned, Lou intends to use the roleplaying account to give their fursona a voice, even though everything that Lou has done for their fursonas so far hasn't progressed beyond recoloring art. No idea if this is Lou actually trying to make an effort to add more depth to fursona or if they're trying to get around the likelihood that they've been blocked by too many people, they're doing a shit job at both.

I'd say so, the one with the different name is Lou's primary account.
More of Lou and Jake. It makes me wonder what the Lou/Jake dynamic is like on other platforms because Lou's constant "You're stupid/stinky/(adjective)" just gets repetitive. While it may not seem hurtful, Jake must have the patience of a saint to not even be ANNOYED by Lou.
Also just as an aside, I hate it whenever Lou uses the term "yinz". It feels incredibly forced no matter the context.

Don't know Jake personally but he's popped up on my TL and every post I see from him is either internet tough guy ("If I see him I'll give him a punch in the face" etc) or just stuff that gets posted here about him being a babyfur or something.

No, I’m an idiot, but it’s even better. This is a new account, but Lou went to the trouble of blocking me on that one, too. I kinda find that hilarious in a way. Maybe there’s a script or something that can do this automatically, but it’s still funny to me.

If he did he wouldn't weigh the same as a 426ci Hemi engine, bitching about how his "doctor just doesn't understand" how he's "only human" or how he needs "cheat days", like he's on Weight Watchers instead of having a disease that's killing him.

Late as hell, but if his doctors keep pressuring him to get bariatric surgery, why doesn't he just do that? He's perfectly capable of grifting money off people - and in this case, it would be something genuinely beneficial - and losing weight after getting your stomach stapled is hard to fuck up (you might still fuck up your diet, but it's a lot less likely).
I know the real reason is because Lou doesn't actually want to lose weight, he just wants to keep eating and being an asshole on Twitter until he dies. But has Lou ever released an official statement on why bariatric surgery is not something he considers an option?

Lou wouldn't be able to put in the necessary work required to clear insurance hurdles. Here's the list for Medicaid:
- Over the age of 13 for a female and 15 for a male.
- Body Mass Index must be over 35 with at least one comorbidity.
- Co-morbidities include sleep apnea, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes.
- If you are under 21, you must have a Body Mass Index (BMI) over 40 with at least one comorbidity.
- A letter from your primary care physician stating that weight loss surgery is medically necessary.
- Passes a psychological exam.
- Documentation showing that the patient tried to manage their comorbidities with standard treatment but they were not successful.
- The patient must complete and show documentation that he or she participated in a medically supervised weight loss program for 6 months and it happened within the last 12 months prior to surgery.
- The patient must understand they will be required to change their diet and lifestyle after surgery.
- Nutritional and psychological services must be available before and after surgery (usually from the physician’s office).
- The age and BMI requirements are no-brainers. Lou has those. He also has a co-morbidity in the diabetes.
- Lou would be able to get the letter of support from his PCP.
- Lou will not pass the psychological exam (I'll explain why below).
- Lou has been non-compliant with directives to manage his diabetes.
- Lou may "participate" in the weight loss program, but he will be non-compliant.
- Lou hasn't understood that the diabetes diagnosis required change to diet and lifestyle.
As a side note, he's putting in efforts now to affect change, right before his appointment with his PCP. That's like brushing your teeth before going to the dentist and hoping they don't notice the months of neglect.

What Lou doesn’t get is the reason his doctor keeps suggesting WLS is because he’s trying to save his life. Because at this point, it’s going to be the only thing that might. He’s literally eating himself to death, and not even having bones removed from his foot was enough of a wake up call. Recommending WLS to Lou is the equivalent of a Dr recommending surgery to remove the tumor that’s slowly eating your brain.
