Yeah, I can’t say that it’s 100% proven. I think there is sufficient evidence to support the claim that pornography is harmful to the developing brain, but anything beyond that is speculative afaik. When it comes to cp art, personally I lean towards the view that it fuels pedophilia in the people who consume it, but I can kinda understand the opposing argument that it is a non-harmful outlet or whatever. The Shad case is more cut & dry because he depicted living children in his work

Like I said refugee and asylum seekers - which is exactly what Haitians are. You think Shad is going to learn patois French or Spanish to try and pass along with filthy desperate migrants and sit in migrant camps and dentention facilities just to try to get back in the USA? Lol. He’s got a Swiss passport which is pretty valuable and gets you into lots of countries with no hassle, it’s even better than an American passport.

Why the fuck would he subject himself to the life and dangers of being an illegal migrant or asylum seeker just to get back to the USA when he’s got a Swiss passport? He’s got about 10,000 better options. If he was from Afghanistan or Venezuela? Sure. But he’s got a lot better options for places to live as a crazy junkie artist than trying to pass as a refugee trying to get into the USA. Fucking back off to Switzerland and the super generous social benefits he’s entitled too being #1 or basically anywhere in Europe.

I will expand on the “bumtumblers” though, formerly “stretchdouche”, it was the original friend group of Shad, Cory, Awestehn, Lyle, Bromo, Axel, (RIP NIGGA) Redfeather, etc. and at one point a forum. I think there may still be an old video up everyone playing l4d2 together? Idk. Cory references them in sleepycasts sometimes as an evil old group!!!! I can imagine there's negative something to it, at least for some folk. Porn over-consumption in general can be definitely harmful and warp your views on relationships and sex, and make you essentially numb to the experience except for just being a way to get some brief serotonin from jerking off. I can see people who get off to the really fucking uncanny valley 3D cgi cp as dangerously treading into illegal territories especially, since some of that stuff is so damn realistic I can imagine them using real life 3D body scans for textures of the models and such. Even other people into the cartoon shit tend to get creeped out by those folk.

Shad was always a weirdo for making art of real life children, at the very least. You can make an arguement that random cartoon chars don't exist and it's harmless, but including real existing people in that kind of art is fucky.

The outlet stuff is a big issue on it's own, hence the numbness of being into even normal porn too much tends to lead to folk looking out more extreme stuff to get a feeling back. A lot of people who have been into cp cite not really being into kids before at all but just following into those extreme circles because of searching more and more exciting things. I imagine the illegality risk is exciting in a weird way for some folk.
