I just had this conversation with a personal lolcow offline; I asked it's normal for DID sufferers to have verbal conversations with their alters, using really fake/indistinguishable foreign accents or even animal sounds, and this was her reply:

If you legit wrote something like that and published it through Amazon, I guarantee you that even some KF people would part with hard cash for it.

Yes, a lot is of course genetics. Hoever, if you compare her older pics and the current ones, you can see her nose changed significantly, which is unlikely, in a 29 years old woman, to just randomly happen.

Ultra late, but I'm not seeing why you're wondering how her nose has changed so much. It's been broken at least twice and probably more like four times since she was 20. The somewhat horrifying full face close up around page 35 shows that very, very clearly - old breaks that weren't set well are unmistakable.
