The reply in support of motion for sanctions does not mention the word sanctions even once aside from the title. It's more like a motion of "Hardin is a big mean liar". The rest are about as good, which is to say they are terrible

There's a lot to unpack in these latest filings but this really jumped out. In addition to the hilarity of the "mutual combat" sidebar (sandwiched in between all the "we live in a society" snippets), did she have a stroke writing this paragraph?

Hardin will reply, of course. In before he does, or after, the court can kindly, or not, tell Mel to fuck off. All this did was prove Hardin's point that Mel needs to be sanctioned.

Oh sure, it's fun here, I just didn't think it was great to include in a legal filing. I can't imagine the judge is enjoying the spectacle of having the court's process repeatedly abused, at great length and to the highest levels of absurdity, as much as we are.
