I agree that made-up drawings of FICTIONAL children and non-sexual drawings of real children should be protected under free speech. I don't like it but that doesn't mean it should be illegal.

I would say that drawing porn of real children is a step too far, morally reprehensible and should be illegal. What would stop people from tracing CP and posting it (which happens). It's not that child's fault that their parents are retards so why should they have to deal with borderline CP of them floating around the internet?

Edit: I also think the act of drawing real children in hentai/cartoon porn should be illegal regardless if it is traced or not.
