It's his(or maybe someone else but why would he take someone that's that shitty) result at the shooting range and yes it's very bad

0 means he missed
1 means he touched the target but barely
2 means he touched the target
3 means he touched it in the center

No way he painted that rifle during his service time, that shit would last about a solid 15 minutes before either a sargeant or a lieutenant would have a severe conniption fit and make him run laps till he'd need to resole his combat boots. The rifle also has no bolt inserted so i'm sure he did that at home.

IIRC Shad said he was stationed with the mobile artillery, and he was the driver or loader of a M109 howitzer. Don't know if that's why he can't aim for shit. During my time with the infantry, not even the most "exceptional" motherfucker was this bad of a shot. When looking at the targets it gets even worse, a 3 means he barely hit it, and that's considering it was a B4 target and not a B10

Ignoring how braindead the above tweets are, their reply to it is just...nothing. I think the implication is that they are a zoomer, maybe? Like a "I'm one of the good ones" moment.
Imagine having one of your life goals specifically being drawing porn, not even just drawing.
