Color of Law is ABSOLUTELY something the SovCit movement has glommed onto. It's a real term, meaning effectively "appearance of authority" and misusing color of law without the backing of law is a thing, but I cannot for the life of me think of any time it's applied to the judicial branch and not the executive. Certainly never the way Mel is trying to use it.

In this case as near as I can make out (and I admit I’m probably wrong, because translating meth‘d up batshit crazy bitch to English is maddening) she seems to be taking the general concept of the Bad Faith exceptions to the American Rule that invalidate in forma pauperis, and is globally applying it to the awarding of attorney’s fees. If Dear Leader is indeed awarded fees and expenses, what would the likelihood of livestreaming the collection? Id imagine there'd be privacy concerns that would impede such an endeavor.

At the very least, I would hope there's a video recording of the process made available. I'd love nothing more than to watch someone take stuff, not to mention any particle shenanigans Mel might pull.
