Not surprised by this at all, you can tell he has been growing more frustrated with his chat recently

My predicitons

- Please talk to me more in the chat about the game/my life

- Cutting down on off topic discussion, more warnings and bans will be more frequent for off topic chat

- Snowkarl gets a talking too, and bringing up drama will now result in more of a punishment

-Nobody is allowed to bring up money except me, if you do its a Permanent ban

It'll be Twitch related no doubt - he's just tweeted that he's deleted all mentions of his schedule and playing something random.

He 'feels compelled to say something important about the state of his streams / YouTube channel' basically means he's not making enough money on YouTube, he misses the $2k he got from memberships and I'll put $100 on him saying almost verbatim 'I have to make the right decision for my family' while he scurries back off to Twitch.

All whist memory holing all the bitching he's done about how much he hates Twitch, is glad he left, what they did to him was illegal and that they're dying.

It sure would be a shame if several thoughtful individuals compiled all the negative things Paul has said on his YT streams about Twitch since his partnership termination and sent it along to Twitch staff on the same day that he returns. Especially that lengthy rant about bits and their monetary value. A shame indeed.

Something that changes the state of his streams/YT channel?
I somehow doubt it is Twitch related. Even Dave can't be dumb enough to go back after stating explicitly that he won't go back ever again on his latest ask the pig segment just couple of weeks ago.

Guess #1 (moderate chance): He got a review copy of some shitty game and wants to play this on the first stream
Guess #2 (low chance): He bought a new PC with the recent ♿ bucks and now is able to play PC games. Tweeting at 3:30am because it took his gin brain so long to figure out how to setup everything.

Unless he bought a whole new release... he's currently playing Super Monkey Ball, Alan Wake, Far Cry 6, Lost Judgment, Back 4 Blood and ST Friday nights. So unless it's a whole new game how are people gonna be like "whoooaaa phil you just played this game yesterday what are doing playing it today!?" No one is that interested in what day a game is played.
