Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Last time time i checked sounds and is meaning differently. I might be wrong after all i am just a slav .

O really care to explain why several states are literally breaking away openly in terms of policy starting from unemployment lockdown money, to trannies in sports and vax mandates? You also have read history and every time empire falls almost inevitably shatters to pieces regardless of how you look at it.
Because those in power have split from each other. I don't think anyone could, with a straight face, tell you the current crop of politicians has any clue what their voters actually want or desire. This is not an issue of the people hating each other, it's of those in charge hating the people and each other. That can be solved with much less bloodshed.

Sorta adding on to that, I really hope we’ll stop with the whole “bringing democracy to shithole nations” thing as if that’ll actually solve their problems. I’m firmly of the belief that democracy is not a one-size-fits-all system of governance that is the best choice for all nations. Democracy is incredibly inefficient, and wealthy first-world countries can deal with those inefficiencies, but if you’re a developing nation, you don’t always have the privilege of waiting for everyone to be happy about the proposed course of action.
Even when Democracy works, all it does is give Karens power. Which is one of the reasons why it's not a serious form of governance. It rewards people who talk, not people who do.

Does not change the fact you are heading for divorce . Those politician still get people to vote for them even the latest polls show sizeable minority want a divorce.

Is there a chance you stay together sure . But far less than kill each other in all out war .

Karens and histrionic women gain power when men are cowards and don't tell them to shut the fuck up but then again also those men need to take leadership and responsibility for their actions instead of bitching.

This is regardless the overarching system of governance democracy or not .

Divorce isn't on the table, California is proof of it - I went over it earlier in the thread, but TL;DR the Left is not content to have their rules in their place, they must export that and make others live under the same, just look at how California feels about Texan gun rights. Any attempt at divorce is little more than a period of peace before a guaranteed war, because one side is unwilling to live and let live.

Maybe this celebrity culture around politics changed was a huge mistake and the US political body instead of working managerial issues now has to be over concerned about "branding", and every one needs a "brand" as well.

I'm well aware that the US always had a fascination with some of its political figures, but since Obama, there has been this fucked up amalgamation of Washington/Hollywood that has distorted the image people have of politicians in general, and maybe it has blinded politicians as well.

These people are just supposed to be public servants, not demons or angels to destroy or save the world, why the US is making demi-gods out of fucking politicians?

Its not a new phenomena, but Social media has massively extended its reach, as with many other things. Before, you had to go out of your way to know about every politician, scandal, uncooperative party member, and election campaign. Now, algorithmic feeds shovel it at you until you're angry, and engage with it. Politics is the intersection of hard money and hard power, so its no surprise they get elevated reactions.

Serious question with what army? What they going to do throw dildoes and pumpkin spice lattes at you while in heels screaming about the patriarchy. How many Californians know to shoot a gun without hurting themselves or others or getting PTSD from it. I am not going to ask arm to arm combat or any tactical bs in here like reading a a map that isnt google map leading to Starbucks.

I won't go into the fact that half of the population is basically immigrant and run for mexico the minute money dries up , and the only reason why they were power hub in the first place because of the port that all the consumer crap flows through it .

Exactly. We will simply no longer be the biggest bastard on a global stage. I can accept this, so long as we address our issues at home and ensure we are not pushed into irrelevance with this "Managed decline" bullshit.
We've been overdue for returning to a multipolar world, honestly.

I think it's been going on a lot longer than Obama tbf. Reagan was the man who ended the Cold War and saved America from its malaise. JFK was a young prodigy who would never have gotten us into Vietnam and was cut down in his prime by 'them' for it. FDR ended the Great Depression and destroyed Nazism. Teddy busted the trusts and ushered in American Empire. Lincoln was the Great Emancipator. Hell even fucking Bush Jr. was this selfless protector doing what he had to stop the terrorists before the wheels came off the GWOT. I think we're just hardwired to look for great men to save us and go back and write grand, whitewashed narratives about those who came before, and Obama simply brought it into the social media age.

what is it with nurses and dancing?
Nurse positions are eThot incubators - Not certain why, just seems to be the personality drawn to them. Strong, independent women who find a doctorate too much but think medical support pays well (and it does, to a degree). But the crushing hours usually kill clubbing and party aspirations, so ethottery is the next closest option.

I certainly hope it brings an end to this two-faced American policy of bringing (enforcing) """democracy""" with a smile, while actually fucking the host nation over by propping up corrupt politicians and looting the country via NGOs and """corporations""".

China does the same but at least they make no pretense about it.

Geographically the US will always be one country just as Russia is today. the only natural dividing line is the rocky mountains but a west coast nation would be unsustainable on its own. Sure there might be a civil war or somthing like that but what ever comes out the other side will occupy the same ground.

Half the population? Nigga 20 million illegals is an estimate, and that's on the high side. They don't all come from Mexico, we have a bunch of Canadians and Commonwealth leeches as well. They're outnumbered 20 to 1. Looks like a fair fight to me.

I know it's hard for Euros and even Canucks to grasp the size of the US but at least try.
