IMHO, the Erika story arc is where Russ goes from funny to frightening.

Erika's not a hooker, a stripper, a model, or an influencer; from the screenshots, she doesn't even appear to dress all that immodestly. She's just a random pretty girl minding her own business, whose Instagram happened to catch the dead eyes of the Dishabooled Drooler of Deseret.
Yea, it's great when he goes after celebrities, because they're public persons and have private armies that would zap him so hard the drool would start boiling on his face, but it sucks when he targets victims without such means.

I don't think Russ realized that celebrities on the level of Taylor Swift or Ariana Grande have teams of lawyers to deal with idiots like him, and if they need a lawyer for a specific place, they hire a local attorney with a good rep, like Skordas. When he sued Farrah Abraham, he thought she had to be there herself or she'd default. He dropped the suit when he found out only her lawyer would be there. But he still thought Taylor Swift would have to show up in SLC or she'd default, and you can tell in his retelling of the trial that he was pissed that she wasn't there and that she just sent a lawyer. When he was late to the AG suit trial, the judge asked Skordas if he(Skordas) believed that Russ thought Ariana Grande herself would be there. Skordas said yes. His whole fantasy of suing female celebrities is that when they get to the courtroom, he'll just explain himself and they'll fall all over him to make things right. That's partly why he wanted a jury trial for his harassment charges. He thought if he could get Erika in the same room as him, he could just explain, and everything would be fine. You can tell when she's testifying at the hearing that he's just livid he's not allowed to confront her.

Do you think the Orem PD took it seriously because of his “rape” comments? Specifically when someone said a comment made him sound like a rapist, and his reply was “maybe I am *smiley face*”
I think they took it seriously because he threatened to come to her house and kill himself, and people who are unstable enough to kill themselves are oftentimes unstable enough to take someone with them. But I think his comments about rape and that it should be illegal for women to turn him down got brought up to argue for a psych eval. Erika's lawyer wanted to go so far to get a psycho-sexual evaluation, but that was stayed. He did have to get the psych eval, but I suspect it didn't paint him in a flattering light or he would have posted the results to argue that he's not dangerous.

He's pretty much confirmed it before.

Russell Greer is one of the most proficient idiots this website has seen and is a frequent ongoing provider of milk because he never learns.

It would be a tragedy if the day ever came where he actually grows a brain and quits/fades into the void or dies.

I have absolutely no doubt that if someone were dumb enough to give him authority over others he would try to force any woman he had power over to have sex with him.

But yeah agreed it would be. A lot if people all over the world would lose some laughter. As I said, he's much funnier alive than dead. Plus as bad as Russ is he doesn't deserve death, just a shitty life due to his own failures.

IIRC, she was connected to work with prisoners, which makes her prison guard/cop adjacent.

A good life rule is not to mess with ladies who work with cops. It's a good way to learn what "color of law" means.

i look at it as the legal cost to Dear Leader.
I do hope the judge awards cost to Null, you will note that after Skordas got awarded fees, Russ never made mention of suing Grande again. Maybe if he gets slapped with fees, and Null pushes for collection, he'll leave Dear Leader alone and go back to pestering models on Instagram who have rich boyfriends.

I know this is coming out of no where, but I was reading Greer's book and loved this passage (verbatim):

As I left Ken's office one evening, after showing him the new research (NOTE: about his T-Swift lawsuit) that I had found, a black jetta pulled up behind me.
Quickly, a Hispanic man wearing a bandana around his face jumped out of the car and began screaming at me. Terrified, I turned around as he held up a gun and pointed it in my face. "Get down on your knees!" the masked man screamed. I trembled and fell to my knees. "What do you want?" I begged nervously. "Shut up!" the man shouted at me. "We know all about your lawsuit. Taylor didn't do shit to you! Why don't I shoot you, huh?"
"Please don't - " I stammered. Without any hesitation, the gunman pulled the trigger as I screamed. But no gunshots rang out - it was just a plastic click. The gun was fake. "Drop the lawsuit or next time, it may just be a real gun," the man said as he ran back to his waiting jetta and then drove off.
Too scared, I didn't catch the license plate number. And since I'm not a huge car guy, I wasn't sure if! got the right make or model of the car if I reported it.
So I kept quiet, but the incident prompted me to go to the gym more regularly and train myself how to fight. A war was beginning and I needed to be in my best shape to stay alive and to defend myself. The jetta incident made me ponder if my rhetoric was worth it. Was writing the truth worth being shot or stabbed for?

EDIT:

Ummm has this "incident" been talked about here yet lol
Around 9 PM that night, as Ken was finishing up work, a group of masked people confronted him in the underground parking lot of the building that he worked in. They held bottles of fluid in their hands. "You must be the law guy who has been giving legal advice to Shitlips," one of the masked people shouted.
Ken, familiar with the prior incidents involving my family, ran to his car and prepared to escape. As Ken started the car, he realized that his passenger window was down. Before Ken could roll the window up, one of the bottles of fluid was lit up with flames with a match. It was a Molotov cocktail. The flaming bottle was then thrown into the car through the open window. Instantly, the bottle exploded, consuming Ken and his car with flames. Like cowards, the masked men scampered off.

Yes.

Repeatedly.

Still, it's always nice to read Russ's delusional ravings again.
But it’s a true story! Russ said so, and he wouldn’t make stuff up to appear like an underdog hero in a bad movie. Haven’t you heard about T Swizzle’s dangerous Hispanic gangster fans and their toy guns?

Sure, Russ at that time posted on Facebook every little detail about anyone who even dared to look funny at him, but he absolutely wouldn’t have mentioned this incident happening. Just picture him at the gym, ladies, you know it makes him so much hotter.

:left:

Just the fact that Russ believes it’s okay to share this delusional daydream with the world is cringe enough, but he expects everyone to believe it or you hate the disabled and obviously just need him to explain some more. Fifteen year old girls daydream about being swept off their feet by some pop star. A bloke in his late 20s building his entire life around that fantasy and expecting everyone to play along is kinda mind-blowing. It’s hilarious on first reading, but the more you take in the more you realise how utterly obsessional and insane this man is.

Absolute serial killer vibes. And he wonders why women are creeped out by him (as if the face weren’t a massive clue).

Maybe Christmas will come early this year!

I hope she got the restraining order transferred to Nevada. I also hope someone explained to Russ that just because his probation expires, doesn't mean he can contact her. Now, if it were you or I we'd realize that if someone went so far to make a complaint to the police and get criminal charges filed against us, they probably don't ever want to talk to us again. But that's us. Russ will be beside himself to get a chance to "explain." Let us hope the LVMPD takes her complaint seriously like the Orem PD did. If not her, he will do it to another poor woman because Russ doesn't ignore boundaries, he's completely unaware of their existence. We all know how the Erika fiasco started, and even if someone tells him to fuck off, he doesn't think he has to because the other person doesn't understand what they're supposed to do and he just needs to explain!
Slightly late reply, but if you or I (people with any theory of mind) were just told by someone "leave me alone and never contact me again", we would... well... just not talk to that person again. We may be upset about rejection and wonder why, but ultimately accept it. Shitlips is too stupid to understand that other people have their own thoughts and desires and sees the world in black and white- and therefore uses the legal system to enforce that. Unfortunately for him, the law has nuance (just like other people!) so he will never truely understand it.

On top of that, Russhole has an unhealthy level of narcissism (potentially mental illness level), entitlement, unwarranted sense of self-importance, low intelligence, a massive case of Dunning-Kruger, and he's built up a mental image of himself being the heroic underdog in his life story, a brilliant guy being kept down by jealous haters. All of that adds up to Russ believing he's always right, always the victim/good guy, and deserves whatever he wants in life because of all the "plights" he's had to face. He thinks his life is supposed to play out like a cheesy movie where he ultimately comes out on top, gets the hot girl, and everyone claps as he rides off into the sunset with her to have the best sex ever. This is the mental script he's written for himself and he can't handle the fact that real life never follows his script.

I do hope the judge awards cost to Null, you will note that after Skordas got awarded fees, Russ never made mention of suing Grande again. I know he loves to say how he's moved on every time he memoryholes a failure. But unlike the bigot AG, we have an ever growing thread on him. I doubt he'd be able to bring himself to give up and move on knowing we're still talking about him, constantly.
Though now he's tried and failed bashing us with copyright infringement I don't know how he'll try next to stop the mentally ill orchards trolls saying mean things about him.

Once I saw the Katy Perry email exchange where he sees if he gives 100% into anything, he will succeed and his fruits will be his. Then I fully understood his backward fantasy land of thinking along with his imaginary world as his book showed me. He really is in own world fully seeing himself as amazing. Looks to me that his "I'm a nice guy" thinking is his self defense tool to function.
In the TS lawsuits, she was responsible for getting him fired when Russ just self projects non stop.

If he makes it to age 40. do you see him ever changing once he has been crushed so much in everything..
He never mentions his PTSD anymore also.
I expect more gym pics to be posted soon to show off his buff body .

I'm not optimistic. He hasn't even made a separate motion for fees and attorney's costs, just a single line like an afterthought in two of the responses he's filed. The first time, the judge completely ignored it (neither granting attorneys fees and costs, nor denying the request, or even acknowledging that it was in the response at all). Unless the judge is really ticked off at Russ now, I doubt this will be any different.
