Oh, I remember her. She has one of the most femenine body types out there, the fact that she tried to get a dick before trying to do something for that torso and abdomen (beside the breast removal) is very telling. Her fat distribution is typically femenine but she could have tried to hide it with some exercise.

I read a paper somewhere about early GRS which said if you scream into a troons gaping wounds they sometimes play back jazz. Not sure if thats helpful in answering your question

There's something hilarious in how bad boob jobs turn out. In the plastic surgery disasters thread here you can find women who have gotten too big implants for the skin and ribs they have, resulting in what I call "mitosis boob", where there's a creepy skin flap where the two implants meet.

Then, on the opposite side you have troons, where they get huge boobs, but with way too big of a rib cage, leading to wall-eyed tits.

If you listen carefully at the hole, you can faintly hear a chorus of tiny voices singing like the Seven Dwarves as the bacteria colony moves right in to this prime real estate.
