it was argued to the judge that baked broke his supervision order by signing a lease to a house in florida without notifying them and therefore the arizona supervision agency couldnt further supervise baked
his lawyer argued that he still maintained his residency in arizona and had not made florida his offical residency at the time he signed the lease
if the judge decided to remove him from his supervision order because of this he would be held in custody
it was argued that baked had kept up with his supervision order about letting them know everywhere he travels including hotel room numbers etc
tl:dr baked was not removed from supervision and held, instead he has to switch to the supervision jurisdiction to wherever his house in florida is at the end of the month who will supervise him instead of arizona now

I'll have to listen to the call myself, but this seems very much on brand for YOBA.

So basically, he found himself in this entirely avoidable situation because he and his budget attorney didn't follow procedure to notify his AZ PO that he was moving to FL, and thus would need a new local PO (this all seems very obvious). And this was all initiated by Baked, the sometimes cop lover, sometimes cop hater, calling the cops to his rescue. Keep in mind that in the first place, the whole reason he has to report every interaction he has with the cops to his PO is because he called them twice on Chaggot.

Fatlaska is currently theorycrafting he can get out of his federal charges on 'entrapment'.

TBH not wrong because of the involvement of the FBI assets in the crowd *coughlikeBakedcough* but it'd be a helluva of move for the Department of Justice under Garland to let people get off on 'entrapment' reasoning while admiting the Jan 6th 'insurrection' was a fed honeypot. It would have far reaching implications.



I'm torn..I want fatlaska to go to prison but the feds absolutely encouraged violence at the capitol on top of the capitol police allowing it to happen on top of Nancy Pelosi allowing things to go to shit by not properly preparing.

Looks like Baked's video from 1/5 is getting some play time. Basically exposing a boomer as a glow nigger instigating people to go in on 1/6. I watched this whole stream live. He was a higher up in one of those larp militias, can't recall the name, and coincidentally lived just a couple miles from Baked in AZ.


Also looks like the real reason he moved from his parent's house in AZ was because they wanted to sell it. I figured it was they wanted to retire and move down from Alaska full time.

His mace trial should also be wrapping up next week, so he will be heading back to AZ. He is facing 30 days. Outside of a miracle from one of his three letters agency handlers, I'd have to imagine he will be found guilty and taken into custody to serve his sentence. At least that's how I assume these things play out; ie I don't know if if they give you a little time to get your affairs in order or just lead you out in cuffs, straight to the slammer.

Reminder that during the Cointelpro operations in the 60s they didn't just use feds to infiltrate they would also find the dumbest person in a group the feds deemed radical and get them to do enough outrages shit that they could make arrests and break up the group. Sound familiar?

In Nancy's defense, it's hard to predict that people like Baked are that fucking stupid.

I should note, this is the 2nd time his case handler in DC has filed an exaggerated and not necessarily factual motion to get Baked's bail rescinded. The first time was over the Chaggot fiasco stating that Baked was a danger to society (he honestly is, but not for this) and now this where he made the assertion that Baked has violated the conditions of parole.

Obviously the judge did not side with the prosecutor, acknowledging Baked has kept his PO abreast of his activities. The only issue really being that it was unclear about which state he resided in and should have been more proactive in making his intentions clear with his move to Florida being permanent.

I bring up the fact that the prosecutor is trying to incompentently railroad Baked because if you hear his voice on the calls, he is clearly a negro and likely holds extreme animosity towards Baked, having seen all the "nigger" videos.
