Dayna Price herself never submited an affidavit, nor she ever complained about Vic on any social media, she hasn't even spoken about Vic at all since this shit started. Emmett Plant and his wife's affidavits are pure hearsay, with no corroboration from Dayna Price whatsoever, neither in court nor out of court.

EDIT: Dayna Price apparently did call Vic an asshole at the begining of this, I wasn't aware of that when I made this post, so that was a mistake.

Sorry for this quality, I don't have a screenshot of this, on my own, but it was included in Perception Check's recent video. Her direct comment was that Vic has "such a huge ego that he can't comprehend how anyone wouldn't be flattered by his advances." Dayna didn't consider what he did assault or anything, so ….

This wasn't a response to his affidavit, but to an article Emmett wrote. I kind of wonder if there are any discrepancies between the story he told in the article and his affidavit?



Edit: if I'm remembering correctly, Emmett wrote this and it was used as a defense of Jessie Pridemore, when she was still a talking point (so, pretty early on).
