Okay i know that it's probably been said before but HOW the fuck has he not killed himself by eating?

funnily enough, no medicine is keeping him alive. im pretty sure his body isnt even able to process anything that isnt deepfried, grease sodden shit anymore.
though, its only a matter of time until one of his organs gives up the ghost, and when one goes, theyll all go at once. hes on borrowed time, until he reverses his lifestyle and drops down to an acceptable level of weight

but we all know he wont.
