The pig roach is currently complaining about more new games coming out so he has to try to finish some of his other playthroughs like Alan Wake, a game he has already played through and no one asked him to play the remaster. It seems like this always happens, Phil being the consoomer he is needs every new game so he gets weighed down with all these playthroughs of games he nor his audience really cares about. Does he not understand that modern gaming has pretty much gone to shit with the constant remakes/remasters and ruined franchises? Oh wait, he does - he complains about it nearly every prestream these days, yet he still refuses to change up his formula and consider older games that he hasn't played but his audience would like to see. His ego also plays into his getting suckered into scams and marketing schemes. If he can feel like he is getting some sort of "special deal" or white-glove treatment other people aren't receiving, he will throw bad money after bad. Just look at how he fucking flips out the second he is treated like the rest of the proles and goes super Karen, "Do you have any idea who I am???". His egregious spending on those $500 figurines for franchises he was mildly interested in really weren't even about collecting or display, he just scattered them haphazardly across his kitchen counter. He just got excited and started tard-swaying when he pointed out the serial numbers for "speshul edishuns" in the low hundreds, "See that, they only made a few hundred of these. Usually Guile's just got shorts, but this special edition one comes with an actual detachable penis. TUHUH!"

Not much proof of the chargebacks, other than Rumplestiltskinz posted pics of small chargebacks he won. I can also say that I was successful with 2 $1 chargebacks I did in 2019, but I have no proof.
Odds are Phil loses every chargeback by not even fighting them. I don't think he bothered with mine. Does he really care about small 100 bit bitch contributions? We know from Wings that he never wins chargebacks, not that he's trustworthy at all, but more than Phil.
Thing is though, if you could access his PayPal account to get that image, you'd have the ability to fuck with him more than anyone else. Like changing the information to prevent him from accessing it himself and . refunding every tip sent to it. You wouldn't even need to do anything, you'd trigger him more with just the ability to do so.
In regards to his spending yes, but we don't have the image showing that on a given date that there weren't any chargebacks.
The best analogy I can give is that we've match the gun to the crime, Phil's prints are all over the gun (including the trigger) and he was at the crime scene when it happened. The only thing is that we never saw him pull the trigger. Anyone with a brain can put the pieces together but as we know, Phil will always try to escape, no matter how small the hole is.

I mean, it's like when the special kid, well at least he tried.
