It was always funny to think that his twitter could be under some sort of surveillance by an imagined automated child abuse algorithm due to every 50th word he uses being "child" or "children" and it always being in a post where he's angry or threatening but he really does seem to only talk about or view children in a negative way.
If he's such a violent drunk that had to give up custody of his daughter maybe it's for the best he's this transparent with his anger.
ShinyStar's latest book review post a page back did stand out since of course in his book about an young protagonist who sex talks her car, he just had to work in a child prostitution angle as well with that ship they stole.
They're either a target to be mocked, put into place or threatened and reduce his opposition to, a device where their trauma is used to inflate his characters image and his own ego ("watch all my characters denounce this!"), or like his protagonist, made to witness alien sex for comedic purposes and put in strangely fetishized situations despite their age.
Patrick mentioning children seems to NEVER be positive or devoid of strange connotations.
He might show even more anger towards children than he does women.

I don't remember that Carlin quote and can't find it anywhere either on a quick search so I think Pat's right that it was faked even if the sentiment is close to the words aren't inherently bad thing..
It and the second line in particular sounds less articulate than Carlin generally was.
