It doesn't make sense to me. If your bank shit is compromised that shouldn't cost you to get it fixed. If it's your card then the charge is cancelled and your card is cancelled and account probably closed. If cash is gone, then the bank will try to recover it. It's all a pain in the ass but you shouldn't have to pay for that stuff. it's the banks job

Exactly. There's nothing a 'lawyer' can do because they are not the person whose identity allegedly got stolen. That is all on the person who has the pertinent info. This is why you hear nightmare stories from real identity theft victims. They have to make all the calls and prove it's them to get any help at all. Lie better Phail.

He probably looked up "how much does it cost to clear up identity theft?" saw a $1100 figure, not reading that victims of identity theft get an average of $1100 stolen from them, then rounded it up to a robust $1500 number.

Holy shit I forgot about the thousand dollar shower head. That wasn't even two whole weeks ago. I can't believe how quickly he burns through cash.

Those first two lines from him are what are important to Phil. He hates when large content creators admit that he's a nobody, even though he's fine with playing the "little guy" card if he needs to. I'm also pretty sure DSP even @'d Keem at one point and asked to be on the show only to get ignored. You know that shit hurts his little ego so he's gonna hold that grudge.

I’m calling bullshit on this (as I’m sure most are). I’m sure it’s a $1500 bill for legal fees, but I’m willing to bet this is related to Midfirst taking possession of the CT condo and nothing to do with the BoA account being compromised. I imagine he’s going with the latter so he can frame it as he did nothing wrong. He did everything correct, and he’s just being victimized further by these fucking no-load trolls.
