The part that makes me angry with phil is the way he pretends he's just a small time streamer and an "internet nobody" and shouldn't even be on the radar of bigger youtubers/streamers, which completely ignores the fact that he was one of the big gaming youtubers at one point in time. Of course you still have notoriety even if your number of viewers has plummeted, you were one of the popular gaming channels before.

He acts like bigger streamers shouldn't even know who he is since he only gets like 200 viewers or whatever and hides behind just being a little guy with a small audience. Phil portrays himself like he's some small up and coming streamer instead of a former youtube star whose career has been in a sharped decline for years now, due to his own toxic and disgusting behavior. The big guys are supposed to just leave phil alone since he's a little guy. Phil has free reign to talk all the shit he wants but the second someone hits back, they're the bad guy for going after poor little small time phil.

Not only that. While he wants to have the safety and isolation of being the underdog little guy who can take potshots at bigger streamers and be safe due to his obscurity, he also wants the adoration and respect he thinks he deserves for being a 13 year veteran in on-demand and livestreamed begging services. I bet he unironically wants some sort of scheme to be in place where he gets royalties for people using the word "playthrough" because he thinks he coined the term and invented "raw" gameplay videos. He hates the fact that he still has to play videogames and beg for people to throw money at him. He has a 13 year begacy for Mammon's sake! He wants money to just appear in his account while he lives a life of comfort and luxury. Now I'm sounding like a broken record here but we all know that he could've had that life where he has money just appearing in his account every month without him having to move a finger, all he had to do is invest his early Youtube fuck you money into something. Fucking anything. Instead he bought stupid gamer statues and overpaid for some middle unit khando that he doesn't even fully own yet.

He wants big gaming companies and streamers astronomically bigger than him to show him respect, defer to him, to take the knee and kiss his gouty ring. He can't get more than 200 viewers on a stream without there being some drama involved yet he thinks that someone like Ninja or Pewdiepie should listen to his sage advice when it comes to gaming and livestreaming. It's kind of like the structure of the mafia where the Don keeps low and doesn't get his hands dirty at all and his immediate underlings are the ones who call all the shots and do all the crimes after the Don tells them what to do.

I think most people have it wrong on here that they hate each other. I think those two human cultures were grown in a lab specifically for each other. Like most mid wits they probably fancy themselves the height of human wit, intelligence, and reason. All their conversations revolve around how everyone else they know is stupid and wrong. Their car rides are nothing but huffing each others farts about how much better they are than everyone else.

I get why. Phil is an idiot who assumed Keemstar retiring meant Keemstar was being cancelled and dogpiled like he always does.

One of those things where being an asshole and a hermit made him misread the situation and self-detract.

I don't think they interact much at all to be honest.
But I do think you are right that they ''need'' each other.

Phil is probably ecstatic for the drama so that he has a nice juicy prestream with a bigger audience to goad for nice juicy tips.

I really hope this isn't the case because Phil really wants to be a drama streamer because he has ran out of any "meaningful" or entertaining content of late. It's always drama drama, video game developers do this, shit talks his chat, brings up pewdiepie still and muppet shill streamers. Dude thrives on this to get any sort of influx of viewers.

I honestly hope he just doesn't mention the Keem shit at all, people get bored and then leave. Dude is a genuine buster and I really wish Keem would drop a lot more bombs on him like his Gacha and booze addiction but if I was Keem, I'd let it rest for now.

I really don't see this going too far, unless the attention from Keemstar somehow gets Dave banned from youtube. Even if Keemstar keeps dunking on him all Dave will do is hide on his stream and ignore it till it dies down, like when the bank leaks came up and he started posting some copypasta in his stream chat saying that "DRAMA TALK IS NOT ALLOWED".

Of course Dave did break down and eventually talked about the bank leaks, but only after spinning em poorly and realizing that his income was being affected. Only way to get at Dave is to do something that affect his door dash and WWE champions money.

Phil's been far too used to talking shit and being ignored. Phil knew with keem, he couldn't get away with it. Even in the middle of the "h3 vs keem" drama, Phil kept himself out of it. Yet the moment keem decides to "Retire" he immediately does what he usually does: flnging shit in his direction, thinking keem wouldn't fire back.

What Phil forgot (or more likely didn't know because he pays no attention to anyone else) was that even before making money online, Keem loved to stir shit online. It's what made him infamous (we've all seen the infamous clips of keem's shitalking, especially about Alex). Keem won't stay out of drama, he lives for it.

Phil realised he had lost control of the whole narrative around the leaks and was desperate to reclaim it, realising that despite his lack of effort, people had actually looked at the leaks. This caused the wheelchair that had always believed his lies to question him and when he confirmed it, the pignosis was gone.

H3H3 has nothing to gain. With other drama and fighting with Keemstar he had something to gain. There is so much shit behind Phil that is known but not completely out in the public that he would be wise to stay away
