Texas has a homestead exemption and he's 100% convinced that Vic owes him a quarter million dollars or more. He and Monica currently have a $120,000 judgment against Vic, that amount may increase or decrease depending on the outcome of the appeal. It's possible they are still together. I don't think we'll see any social media confirmation of their separation. It would only feed the trolls, which Monica reportedly filed a report against recently, at the encouragement of Ron on Twitter. That interaction is what got me wondering. They are both being "harassed", and were presumably living together, so what was stopping him from doing it? He is a sheepdog, yapping at anyone who badmouths his personal fiancée. It's the reason he was added to the lawsuit in the first place. I think it's very suspicious that only his name is on the mortgage when they were both on it before.

It has been fascinating watching Ron destroy his life and reputation the last few years. I'm expecting things to really pop off if the Vic case comes back on appeal.

His assets must have been put through quite the ringer with having sold the old house and putting out a 300k+ mortgage for a new one at almost 40.

Imagine the phone calls this "reformed man" sent to this woman. I wouldn't wish the fury of an abusive beta male like Toye on any woman, even Monica. Perhaps this is an unpopular sentiment but I really do hope she got out of there before any abuse started, and even a woman like Monica doesn't deserve that.

They were never married. They got engaged in 2015 and never could find the time to tie the knot. Monica was too busy and Ron didn't think it was that important. That was his story anyway. Rekieta called it in 2019 that she was never going to marry him because she knew what he did to his two ex wives. When the ring goes on, the remote comes out.
