Just gonna powerlevel to say this isn't true. Endo isn't that easy to diagnose and unfortunately most doctors don't even bother to do an ultrasound, let alone a CT.

I'm a woman in a country with free health care and despite decades of excruciating period pains, all doctors wanted to do was shove pain pills at me and wave me out the door. It wasn't until it got bad enough that I ended up needing surgery that they discovered severe endo covering not only my reproductive organs, but down my legs and junk
I should add that I'm not just giving an anecdotal experience. It's a very common occurrence for women. Common enough to result in lawsuits and studies.
However when I had bad cramps, I absolutely was not online mad typing to strangers. Endo not just causes cramps but fevers, vomiting, constipation and the shits all at once. So if she was truly a bad Endo case, she'd be ass over tea kettle in the bathroom sobbing. Not pity baiting for donations and posting about her "dick"
