Now a question on sentencing. What is he looking at?
Probably concurrent sentencing to the middle range or so of the most serious charge, although we'll probably know more after the sentencing mitigation/enhancement hearing. The charges aren't huge but jail is a possibility and I hope he's been such a fuckup they don't give him some pussified thing like a suspended sentence or probation.

Maybe someone can look into the sentencing guidelines but those are sometimes fairly torturous and it's not like it'll change what happens.

C02109379 1 ASSAULT INTENTIONALLY CAUSING PHYSICAL INJURY 1/15/2021 DEF APPEARS/FTA SATISFIED
C02109379 2 DISORDERLY CONDUCT-DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR OR FIGHTING 1/15/2021 DEF APPEARS/FTA SATISFIED
C02109379 3 CRIM TRESPASS 3RD DEGREE - PROPERTY 1/15/2021 DEF APPEARS/FTA SATISFIED
1 is the most serious, a misdemeanor punishable by up to six months.
2 is a disorderly persons offense, usually a class 1 misdemeanor maxing out at six months.
3 is the least serious offense, generally punishable by up to 30 days.

So a real hardass could sentence him to the max on each one to be served consecutively for a total of a year and a month. I wouldn't expect this.

More likely they give him something like the middle range for the assault charge.

I haven't double checked this shit at all and got the information from a defense firm's website. They don't list the actual statutes by number but just by name on the public case information, and I'm not paying for document access for one Arizona case.

So, could be inaccurate, subject to change.

So 13 months is the absolute max for the betting pool.

I'll put 3 months down since as far as I know, this is a first time criminal offense for BA.

I'm in the process of converting the screen recording to mp3, so I will have the full thing up shortly.

I think the biggest fuck up by his attorney in all this is not getting his 1/6 case wrapped up first. Now when his judgement is handed down for that one, he will no longer have a clean record and face a much stiffer penalty. I guess just as much is to be expected when you hire the esteemed Zachary Thornley, Esq. Baked would probably have been better off with a public defender. Sad!
