If he has noticed it (no doubt in my mind he has), there is a distinct lack of "please block and report this troll and give me money to show them what for" happening.
We appear to live in a world where, despite my flowing autism, the farms treats me better than Lou ever did. There are others in this thread who I can all but guarantee will agree with me, as I’ve spoken to (a couple of) them personally, as well as a couple more still who are not farmers, as far as I’m aware anyway.

He's even doing the same "apply neosporin and bandaid" approach he did when that hole first appeared in his foot, and that was only last year! It's gonna turn out the same way, he's gonna go to the doctor and they're gonna tell him he needs to make actual changes if he wants to make any attempt to keep his toes, he'll continue ignoring it and blame it on doctors being discriminatory and then he'll eventually be hospitalized yet again.
It's the same reason he gets big mad about sports or other states, or other cities in his state. Lou is a very "tribal" person, he wants to be part of a group, because that way he can exercise his viciousness and cruelty knowing he has allies. You see that everywhere (and very commonly in cows), some people want to belong to a group not to have friends and like-minded people to share their lives with, but to have a platform to attack others. That's why you see a lot of extremists of one political stripe change factions to another a lot more than moderates (lots of Alt-Righters are ex-Communists and vice-versa, for example), they don't pick sides based on whether they agree with the "in" group's ideas or values, they pick sides to have an enemy to attack - most extremists agree much more on what they hate than what they believe in.
I think this is a really crucial point. The cruelty isn't a side effect, it's the whole point. He's not mean to people because he has strong beliefs, he has strong beliefs because it allows him to be mean to people. Lou is a very angry person who spends hours each day purposely making himself angrier. He clearly hates himself and where he is in life and it gives him a perpetual chip on his shoulder, so he lashes out at people to tell himself that, however much his life sucks, at least he's not that bastard over there.
Quite ironically, as he can be used in the same manner. Jake the Fox might be a fat furry fuck working as a glorified thug but at least he does have a job and presumably a social life.
Lou doesn't own sweatpants apparently.

Lou also thinks that plastic inserts designed to give a mask wearer more breathing room and not have the mask be directly on their mouth is pointless. It's an As Seen On TV product so that means it's meant for disabled people but gets marketed towards able bodied people so people will actually buy it.

Governor Wolf recently passed a minimum wage raise that requires businesses receiving government incentives to raise their wage to $13.
Not sure why $7.25/hr is bad in your case though, that'll still pay more than disability and you seem like the kind of person that would complain about the work even if the wage actually did adjust for inflation.

He says he's "a patron of" the goddess, which is backwards. And wasn't Lou a euphoric atheist?
I'm pretty sure with him it's one of those quirky edgy religious beliefs as a take that against organized religion and possibly their parents, it's like when a teenager on tik tok talks all the time about being wiccan. They always believe in a higher power but hate the idea of organized religion because it doesn't make them unique enough, unless they decide to be unique for the purpose of exploitation like when they pretended they were Jewish.
