So they are going to do it Nijisanji way? they wanted 50 but are going to release them on waves, and man that PV has "look how much fuck money we have"

> Releases them in groups of 5 for a total unit of about 50.
> Said they will be heavy on lore.
> Will be creating multimedia like manga.
> 'The Nijisanji Way'

Kanon once accidentally referred to herself as 'danchou,' the only party to suffer any consequences was her keyboard.

I imagine it's only punishable if they yab on a channel belonging to Cover. If they accidentally slip up on their personal channel they'll likely be much more lenient, as humans can't be immaculate all the time. It's a much bigger deal to Cover's business if Calli responds to 'Karen' than it is for Karen to call herself Calli elsewhere.

I might need to catch on this later, but Finana and Elira are doing a drunk Phasmo stream and are now crashing every other Niji's stream. And Elira is absolutely blasted. I think she put down an entire 750 mL bottle of Soju. She's currently asking everyone if the chorus of "Diamond City Lights" is twerkable.

NijiEN really spoiled us for good streaming content for Halloween. This perhaps being one of the funniest V-Tuber streams ever broadcast. Drunk Elira is an absolute fiend and I'm surprised management let it be in spite of her towing the line of doxxing herself.

Saw this in SeafoamBoy's retweet. Concept art for the set drawn by Khyle.

I truly want to believe that HQ back in Japan has realised that Ame's a fucking genius and more or less has agreed to always give her a blank check whenever its a special event. Now imagine a organization wide event and Ame's the head honcho for it, blank check from HQ, all the talented riggers, 3D modelers, etc etc at her beck and call.
Look I got tons of respect for Ame's proactiveness in setting shit up.

But fam she at most commissioned some artists/modelers and arranged a VRchat this isn't the the territory of some second coming of creative jesus christ here.

I get the praise when it comes to stuff like her outfit reveal where she did a pretty genuinely new spin on it. But most of these "visionary genius" moments she has are just doing what other streamers and vtubers have been doing for years and then having the money to pay artists to make it for her.

Ame is great but some days I wonder if folks just don't know that a lot of this stuff has been mainstream and normal for a good while and think she's actually out there inventing the wheel.

Anycolor has finally shared more details on their 'Virtual Talent Academy' (VTA) that they announced about 4 months ago.

They will be debuting 9 members — 5 men and 4 women — in 30min relays on Nov. 4. It's unknown if they'll get their own channel or if they'll all be operating under the main YouTube Channel for the sake of brevity.

(From left to right starting from bottom: Misono Satoshi, Amagase Muyu, Fuura Kanato, Ponto Nei, Watarai Hibari, Kaburaki Roko, Shikinagi Akira, Suzumiya Sonata, Umise Yotsuha)

The goal is to give people who are brand new to streaming the opportunity, education, and experience of a V-Tuber, so that they can either go on to join Nijisanji, or at least have the professional experience of working under Anycolor on their résumé to join other corporations. This accomplishes a few things:

1) It alleviates the unofficial 'Experience required' bar to entry most big corporations have; as the likes of Nijisanji and Hololive tend to favour people who already have a history of streaming or content creation.
1a) This essentially protects all of them from having their past lives and identities found out by conventional means, as there is no past life to find.

2) It allows Anycolor to trial people they think have potential in a real streaming environment towards a live audience (it'll probably be much smaller than Nijisanji debuts by design, so I wouldn't expect much cross-promotion).

3) It adds more stability to, and improves the health of, what is a young, 'Wild West' industry by offering literal training programs free of charge (Anycolor is fronting all the costs, it seems).

Overall I think this is a really good initiative. I'm sure there's going to be a lot of skepticism but the worst it can do is not work out. It gives the 'normal' person an opportunity to make a career of themselves, rather than be the unfortunate souls who applied for the same spots as, say, IRyS and Millie Parfait, and didn't stand a chance.

UPDATE:
Found more info of this from its initial application form.

• Japanese nationals only (duh).
• Promising students will have an offer extended to them to join Nijisanji.
• Anycolor will be paying for everything (except maybe their own equipment).
• The members will have a management team behind them.

tl;dr: basically a Talent School like Talent Companies in Japan and SK has. Bold move from Anycolor because their focus on the streaming media is contradictory with how Talent Schools such as this work, making multi-talent idols/entertainer. A more Idol like group like Holo benefits more from things like this than the dynamic Nijisanji has

Edit:
Also the free of charge thing is kind of scary by the way, since the way these things are operated is that they recoup their cost by taking huge cuts from the graduates' revenue. Sometimes even all of them

This part does have me scratching my head a little.

I think Anycolor aren't so stupid to perform a scam right in front of everyone, mind you. If they aren't paying for the streaming equipment of 9 people I can't imagine their risk is very high.

Perhaps it's simply worded that way to entice applicants. 'This isn't something you'll have to pay tuition for' kind of thing. Opening this up, telling members to pay, and then potentially not signing any of them on would be a recipe for PR disaster.

This Halloween collab really was something else, the chaos was off the chart. The song and the MV are really good, Kanauru never fails to deliver. I am looking forward to new hights Ame and the others will climb with these VR streams

Its a long shot, but a GuraxPikamee collab please

Ina's and Pika's twitter interactions led to a collab pretty fast. If they want to collab there shouldn't be a problem on the management side

I don't know how or why I vaguely compared Ina's costume with fucking Spoonyone's character from atop the fourth wall movie. I DON'T KNOW! Had to go through metokur's archive just to find this moment.

I also saw that too but didn't want to say for fear of remembering the sad state of Spoony right now. God damn it. Now I remember that his dog died.

When I was watching I couldn't figure it out, but browsing the pages and posts: I think it's because Cursed Kroniicopter is like one of those big weird painting that has eyes that follow you everywhere from any angle. Except now that painting is just floating as you go around staring at you everywhere so anytime you turn it's just staring at you.

Whole thing was cute if chaotic and hard to hear sometimes, music video was short and fun, and it's actually really cool to see them all able to just mesh so well. Even when the TTRP was starting Myth was still kind of weird and dorky around each other but now everyone just seems to be able to waltz the fuck in and talk with their homies from the entire branch. Other branches too for that matter.

Rabbit should also consider more chill streams. The chat was a bit retarded at some points (as always, though slightly more unhinged probably due to platform) but most the actual content stayed pretty reasonable except a dono or two. Unless I recall wrong there weren't any true issues. At least nobody was a big enough jackass to slap some gamer words in the marbles messages so that's probably better than expected. Nobody went full dipshit for jackbox either which is where I really expected something.

Also good on Tenma for being partnered/affiliated already lol

Pippa appears to have removed the vod of her collab with Kiki, according to /vt/. Was there ever actually a vod of it on Pippa's channel?

Yeah, it's sad seeing the current state of Sponny. And TBF, I had a terrible headache whilst watching both metokers stream and the Holo collab. Then when Ina showed her costume I immediately thought it was Sponny's mad scientist character without hesitation.
