Here’s something I’m confused on. So, let’s say the judge in this case suspects activist fuckery within the jury by trials end. My understanding is that a judge can ultimately overturn the jury. What, other than death threats and riots are stopping him from overturning the jury?

Sperging out for a moment here but anyone who actually believes that you shalt not kill refers to killing in general is exceptional. Rittenhouse killed in self defense which is endorsed by all Abrahamic faiths, he didn't just cap someone randomly.

Overturning the Jury is an extreme measure. Far better to let the defense appeal.

AFAIK, he could declare it a mistrial if there has been jury tampering or prosecutorial misconduct.

You got to remember that the jurors that are biased and seem hysterical likely would’ve found rittenhouse guilty. It’s been mostly women so far that have been dismissed but I have heard men and they largely haven’t been dismissed. The pro rittenhouse people should be like that snake juror 17 and say “sure I could put my bias aside” and make binger waste one of his strikes. It’s hard to tell at this point what the racial and gender makeup of the jury is since some of them we may not have heard from. I’m biased af about this case, but if I was somehow summoned I’d have actually made it this far since I could legitimately say if there was actual evidence that went against what I’d seen I’d convict. We all know that evidence doesn’t seem like it exists or the prosecution would’ve leaked it by now to taint the jury pool.

Also Gaige is trying to sue Wisconsin law enforcement apparently LMAO.

Gaige is the only survivor of the 3 idiots Kyle shot for those unaware.

The guy who shot the gun at rittenhouse will also be getting called. I’m very excited to hear Gaige get cross examined as to why he pulled out his gun and why he would put his hands up then try to shoot Kyle. Clearly Kyle wasn’t a threat at that time but he still made a move to attack him.

Face and any identifying marks covered at all times for sure. Burner phone only, not a smartphone, or just no phone at all. Don't share transportation. Only wear clothes you've never been seen in before. Buy things cash only day of the event. GHOST GUN. Always wear gloves. Have an escape plan.

I'm listening to it. Why is it going poorly? So far 60%+ of the potential jurors dismissed sounded like they would have declared Kyle guilty.

Unless you mean it's taking forever because the judge is going out of his way to preempt every potential jury member from noping the fuck out of there.

Gaige needs to be asked during cross what he was doing carrying a gun when he is a convicted felon.

how is he going to recant his video after the doctor office saying he would of shot him if he did not freeze.
it was something something heat of the moment or is valid because interview tape.
