Having clothes that are too small cannot be comfortable. It just shows how desperate she is to believe her own delusions that she is losing weight and smaller than she is that she will wear things that are clearly too small simply because she can fit them on. Except for a few styles of clothing, they should not be stretched within inches of her life, but all of hers normally are.
