Why can’t he get it? Because he’s supposed to be found guilty and imprisoned. That’s why. “Guilt” and “Innocence” don’t apply. The Man wants an example made of Rittenhouse so therefore he WILL be made an example of. It is what it is, and anyone thinking that it isn’t is a fool. This kid is going to be spending a significant amount of time in State prison and even if by some “miracle” he skated on the State charges, the Feds would just step in and charge him Federally and there’s NO WAY he’d be able to get out of those.

Jury selection was ok. Some "2A supporter" got himself excused, but so did a bunch of crazy Karens.

Other than that story from PJ Media, I haven't seen anyone corroborate that Barnes is out.

I didn't watch the actual jury selection so I can't say how it turned out. Apparently the jury consists of 11 women 9 men, during the Chauvin case people had something of a profile for the jurors so I can't say whether or not they were good picks.

I don’t mind grifters, but they need to actually produce what they promise. Barnes has been right on alot of things and the issues he’s had with the fundraising in terms of the controls and who is in charge of the funds are legitimate. I don’t think people on the right care if the people in charge of the fund stole a lot of the money as long as Kyle goes free but as usual with elites they want to steal everything and not even accomplish a very doable task.

Chauvin may be locked up for life, but it was all worth it for the memes. Even if society and sanity loses, as it typically does, we can at least take solace in the wealth of amusing imagery that this will create.

Most Plebs reading it assume that means that they want to eliminate the Police altogether but that’s not at all what they want. What they want is current police organizations replaced with police who will enforce the political will of the State as well as the Law as-written. Their very own Political Police Force to use against not only those who break their laws but against all those with whom they disagree.

The key point here is...If the state fails..The feds will come up with a civil rights charge. Kenosha Kid is about to get railroaded and removing capable people like Barnes Law is very glowie.

To say im 'doomposting' is not accurate. It's an accurate assessment of the 'battlefield of law' that is playing out. The state govt in many states along with the federal govt are actively trying to curtail individual freedom. If you have studied law then you know major cases in the media that could set legal precedent for future generations...even in single states...always gets the attention of authoritarian types.

I've met people who literally think it's even possible to actually defund law enforcement like that without any serious ill effects. But they just don't understand that you have to replace them with *something.*
