Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Like voting in rigged elections make perfect sense.
If you dont vote, they dont have to rig the election and they get a legitimate win. I'd rather they have to continue to rig elections than have them winning legitimately because people on our side don't vote.

At the very very minimum, forcing them to rig elections increases the odds that they might fuck up the election rigging, in a way that is impossible for people to ignore.

Plus there are all kinds of down ballot things that are worth voting on that they don't rig. For instance my sheriff is based as fuck, refuses to enforce our governor's covid restrictions, etc. He is only sheriff because we voted him there. If we didn't vote for him we might have sassy black lady sheriff, or troon sheriff, or worse.

Katie Couric had to legit cut out a bunch of stuff from a interview with her RGB cause she had a bunch of criticism of NFL players like Colin Kaepernick kneeling during the national anthem. The cult was all astroturfed since a bunch of liberals have been trained to do what the screen tells them and feel good about themselves for doing it.
Yeah that's one thing I also noticed. Is that she said alot of stuff that hard core lefties hate but was ignored because of her views on abortion. Which like good little puppets they ignored because the media told them to focus on her abortion stance and noting else. Even than Ginsburg felt that Roe vs Wade wasn't a good legal law if I am remmber correctly and would have preferred to have fix it. Unless I am mistaken?

my sister who is right leaning. Went to Washington DC for a internship for Law. She got to meet Ginsburg at the campus she was staying at for 6 mouths. Despite my sister being pro-life she still hold some respect for the woman due to her other court cases that most people are unaware of.

Kind of sad in a why that her legal legacy will be mostly remmber for abortion form both people who like and dislike her.

My thoughts exactly. Refusing to vote is surrendering to your inferiors.

The 2016 election restored my faith in voting. I voted for Trump not expecting him to win. It showed me that the Uniparty is not invincible.

The "don't vote" idea is retarded. Because that just doubles down on "you can't do anything , just summit"

Virginia polls opened at 6AM EST today and will close at 7PM EST. There was a shitton of early voting this year so I would expect a strong Democrat bias when the first results come in and then it'll change to be more accurate.

The Texas abortion law will most likely be struck down, and I think that's correct. It's more about the enforcement system being Frankensteined together than abortion.

When the Mississippi abortion case comes up is when we'll know if they're truly cucks or not. There's no legal tricks to that. It's "can we kill a human with a heartbeat?" The Roe v. Wade scientific tests are really out of date, so it's a real thrown gauntlet to grapple with the facts directly.

"Let's go, Brandon," beyond the obvious meaning derived from its origins, to me reads like a dare. It's "thanks, Obama" for the modern era, a tongue-in-cheek acknowledgement that whatever is coming tomorrow from Biden will be worse than what he's shitting out today, literally and figuratively. "Let's go, Brandon" is "let's pump the gas on clown world and enjoy the ride." Come on, Joey, what've you got for us now?

I heard a radio ad in Virginia yesterday from the USPS saying "we can trust that our votes are secure" and "we will have packages delivered at Christmastime." It was wild, wild, wild. Definitely a signal of the Dem Civil War as the postals are tired of being a punching bag.

Hey, man, I'm not going to dunk on this too much, but your hermeneutics are not very good.
I agree with you, they will strike down the Texas Law because of the asinine fine and the left will rejoice only because they forgot about the Mississippi law that is very reasonable and I am thinking the Mississippi law will be found Constitutional. We will see.

I more than half suspect that's on purpose. It aligns too well and the way texas went about it was too brazen for a normal play.

Voting Day today in NY. Here are the proposals being voted on:
  • Proposal 1 involves redistricting of legislative and congressional district lines. It would count any resident of a district as a voter even if they are not a U.S. citizen.
  • Proposal 2 could impact where and when new developments related to clean air and clean water take place.
  • Proposal 3 would allow voters to register less than 10 days before an election.
  • Proposal 4 would eliminate the requirement that a voter provide a reason for voting by absentee ballot.
  • Proposal 5 would increase the New York City Civil Court's jurisdiction by allowing it to hear and decide claims for up to $50,000 instead of the current limit of $25,000. Some believe this could alleviate the caseload of the state Supreme Court.
New York City is also going to vote in Eric Adams, a black former police captain, as mayor.

Yes, de Blasio will officially be a lame duck mayor as of tonight.

I really hope Mcauliffe doesn’t get in. Not because I live in Virginia but because it’s a bellweather for which way the wind is blowing.

If the Democrats lose Virginia the moderate Democrats (as few of them as they are) will run screaming away from these infrastructure bills and Joe Biden effectively becomes a lame duck president.

I know that the popular consensus is that those bills are DOA anyways, but I’m not 100% certain they won’t find a way through. This would drive a stake through their hearts.

I'd say not voting is pretty exceptional, too. I vote in every election even if it's school bonds or local dog-catcher. My philosophy has always been simple. If you don't vote and try to make your voice heard, then you have zero right to bitch about the way things are.

I voted No on all the proposals

Didn't Ginsburg rule that child rapists couldn't be put to death because apparently child rape is not an egregious enough offense? If I remember right she did. She deserves no respect for that decision alone.

I have every right to complain about a rigged game that I refuse to play. C’mon, man!

I didn't hear about that one. Good lord that's bad

Edit: about the Virginia race and polling during election day. I remmber during the 2018 elections day. It had somehow accidentally come out early that Gullium won the governor election in Florida. I remmber being disappointed to hear that and than later it turn out to be absolute bullshit.

Not voting at all is still voting regardless of the mental gymnastics people use to convince themselves otherwise, and as I explained earlier in the thread can be easily viewed as the worst vote possible to make.

Turns out I was remembering right, the case was Kennedy v. Louisiana. Fuck that evil bitch and I hope she rots in hell. Child rapists should be fed nothing but rabbit meat until their flesh withers from protein poisoning.
