Well there goes my sobriety for the day.Oh here we go. One sentence in and it's "an AR-15 style rifle".
And whilst I type this a second "AR-15".
We could have an AR-15 drinking came in this court case but I doubt anyone's liver could take it.
Aaaaaand as I am about to post this... "AR-15" again. I'd better post now before I get another.
EDIT: Got another "AR-15" whilst this was posting. Still counts! That's four in three minutes. And another "AR-15" whilst I was typing this edit.
EDIT EDIT: "AR-15" came again whilst this was posting.
I'm trying to pray and fast from booze for Kyle. Not sure if I'm gonna make it.Well there goes my sobriety for the day.
Yeah, while the jury isn't looking good, the judge seems pretty based, so that's what's part of keeping part of me thinking Kyle has a chance. This is apparently the most senior judge in the area so he has a fair bit of confidence in his ability and control of the court. That he would be reviewing a law that he and the defense find vague and unclear is both important and very much needed. He has had a week of mulling over the issue and I doubt he is going to strike the charge of possession of the rifle at this point, I suspect has decided to kick it upstairs to appeals. I'm actually quite impressed that he managed to do the Jury selection in a single day, the Arbaury case is taking 11 days so far.
I also think that people who have never shot a gun don't realize that you do need some type of skill to shoot guns- like there are measures placed in weapons where you can't just pick it up, pull the trigger, and spray it into a crowd. It looks scary to non gun-owners despite pistols being far more used in homicides and clearly being made for shooting people rather than for hunting. But more than that, it's been bigged up by the anti-gun proponents as "nobody needs one". Also, they can pretend that AR stands for "Assault Rifle" (which it isn't unless modified) rather than Armalite which is the manufacture.
He's not on trialProsecuter trying to make a case that Kyle couldn't legally buy a gun. I don't know if that's true or not but what about the felon who shouldn't be allowed a pistol?

I might be on a slight delay. He's just talking about the Car Source company they were protecting at the moment. The prosecutor gave a very good opening statement facts be damned.
This is true. I think they imagine a pistol takes skill but that an AR-15 is somehow pull the trigger and it goes off like a mini-gun slaying all before it in a lead stream.I also think that people who have never shot a gun don't realize that you do need some type of skill to shoot guns- like there are measures placed in weapons where you can't just pick it up, pull the trigger, and spray it into a crowd.
Pros is leaning more into claiming Kyle was looking to pick a fight.Prosecuter trying to make a case that Kyle couldn't legally buy a gun. I don't know if that's true or not but what about the felon who shouldn't be allowed a pistol?
It dove tails with the pre-trial strategy of tainting the jury pool as hard as possible with false narratives and slander, using his (((fellow radicals))) in the traditional and social media. It's the scummiest shit. What he's doing is anticipating everything the defense will say and use and trying to make it sound like it's not valid. Poison it before it can be brought up without bias.
Per above, we can only hope that the defense can dig their way out of this hole that they foolishly into which they allowed themselves to be maneuvered. The many videos should be helpful here, if the jury isn't irrevocably tainted by radicals.Pros is leaning more into claiming Kyle was looking to pick a fight.
The fat manlet defenseprosecutor describes the pedo as "5'3 and 150 lbs... nobody takes him seriously" lmao mans is pissed off down in hell
I don't really hold it against him. The goal of the prosecution is to put a noose around the defendant neck.Binger you piece of shit, he wasn't just holding a skateboard
I also noticed he mentioned Rosenbaum was killed by "a shot in the back", (implying Rosenbaum was fleeing), then mentions that the shot in the back was because he was falling forward.Binger you piece of shit, he wasn't just holding a skateboard
Blame Hollywood for making a lot of folks believe that guns of that style just go bang bang bang on repeat. What he's doing is anticipating everything the defense will say and use and trying to make it sound like it's not valid. Poison it before it can be brought up without bias.

They first need to release the safety lol.I also think that people who have never shot a gun don't realize that you do need some type of skill to shoot guns- like there are measures placed in weapons where you can't just pick it up, pull the trigger, and spray it into a crowd.
Is it efficient as the Chewbacca defense? The fat manlet defense
They're retardedWhy are people saying the jury has been tainted? Did something happen yesterday that I missed?
