someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it really doesn't matter how he got the weapon, correct?

also lmao is kyle lowkey smiling
One of his charges is illegally possessing a weapon below the age of 18. To be honest, I don't believe Kyle should be guilty of illegally possessing a weapon below the age of 18 under Wisconsin law.

"Every car in the lot was burned to the chassis"
I wonder why people wanted to be out protecting the properties in their community.
The prosecutor is helping the defense.

This is the only charge I can see sticking.

I'm curious why if Mr. Black wasn't aware of Kyle asking permission why an answer was never given or question asked. Either the Black family is incompetent, which I don't think they are considering they practice proper gun safety, or there is lying by omission. In addition, why wouldn't you know why the rifle is there when slings were purchased.

I don't see it sticking since it doesn't apply to long guns. If I remember correct it seemed more targeted towards minors with handguns.
Oh yeah, something about hunting laws?

and here's the meat. of the 2 guys who went, one stayed on the roof to keep safe, meaning kyle must have left to start trouble.

Binger: "What were you afraid of?"
Black: "You know, like being shot at."

Hmmmmmmmm. I wonder what happened right before Kyle greased Pedobaum.

Richards better pound on that during cross.

EDIT:
Black: "If someone sees a weapon they wouldn't want to start problems with you."

Jesus. Just read his statements back in the context of Kyle.

The only problem is that that particular law is seemingly convoluted, and juries are dumb. It'll also depend on what jury instructions are given.

Are prosecutors inept these days? This shit happened in the Chauvin case as well where the prosecutor's witnesses were making the defense's case for them. Don't they coach their witnesses regarding what to say and not say?

courtroom rittenhouse lawyer niggers.jpg

If you can pry him away from his journaling.

My only hope is that the video evidence is played over and over and over again to the courts. Because so far I'm seeing this.
The actual evidence is helping Kyle rittenhouse.
One Kenosha Wisconsin was in the middle of a riot.
Second all the video evidence tends to cooaberate 90% of the defense's stories. The only shooting they could make the claim maybe he was in the wrong was the rosenbaum case. Kyle's entire legal defense needs to prove to the jury that he acted in self defense with rosenbaum. The prosecuton has to make rosenbaum out to be mentally retarded, agitated, and small and not harmful thus a poor victim. If they can somehow convince that rosenbaum didn't need to die then they could convict Kyle.

Anyone know the legality of a minor buying a weapon as a gift for a friend for them to hold it in trust until they are a major. @AnOminous quoting you since your the only farmer I'm aware of who claims to be a lawyer.

Chauvin's in jail though...

the jury wasnt in the room. rhey never are for procedure talks.

Would be pretty hilarious if they were to have a whole conversation about what they're allowed to tell the jury only to wrap it up at the end with "members of the jury, you may now stop covering your ears and going la-la-la".

McGinnis is the best hope for this, he's not only an eyewitness and a journalist but is a 'conservative' , ie a partly cucked boomertard. Still sympathetic to Kyle and about the best you could hope for as a witness in the circumstances. He might point out the obvious about Kyle being kind of not-smart, but if his prior statements and subsequent interviews are anything to go by he's going to lay it clear that 1) Kyle fled conflict 2) Got cornered 3) Was 0.1 seconds from having his rifle snatched before he fired.

He could literally end up being the keystone of the entire defense.

Wait what?

Black waived his 5th amendment and implicated himself without some kind of promise of immunity from Binger?

u fucking wot.

First, I love how they can't find the time or resources to file charges of arson and rioting against all the people the fucked up Kenosha but can try to fuck over this kid.

Secondly, does nobody have competent counsel in this town?

Here we go, cross examination and the first question was the one I highlighted in my last post.
