I have a feeling this guy is going to get destroyed by the defense. Defense likes to pick at vulnerabilities and this dude is giving out too much leverage that can be used to twist their arms.
Prosecutor: What was Monday night like compared to Sunday?
Witness: *trying not to laugh and spit out "shit was wild nigga, niggas was wildin"*
Witness: It was maybe... worse.

Um you know you know um peaceful protests you know and stuff like that um you know burning the museum down um you know

Rittenhouse is gonna get fucked hard if he testifies. Just imagine the prosecution:

"Why did you get your friend to illegally procure you a firearm? Now he's in trouble with you." If the defense tries to smear the pedo jew, the prosecution can easily pull out:

"Why did you beat up that little girl?" *plays video* That pretty much seals the deal on Kyle looking unhinged. Here's a dude who beat up a girl younger than him and he watched a few videos on the internet, illegally obtained a gun, and went into a protest looking for shit. At that point the prosecution can even argue the "shoot me nigga" bit was the pedo jew trying to defend other people from what he thought was an unhinged kid with a gun, which the prosecution provided evidence that Kyle indeed was an unhinged kid with a gun.

"But the pedo jew had it coming"

Kyle didn't know pedo jew was a pedo and as the laws are now, pedos don't get the bullet on-sight. Kyle also didn't know the pedo jew possibly went to the mental hospital so they can't paint him as some deranged unhinged pedo who was about to bash in Kyle's brain because Kyle wouldn't know any of those things.

As for the other people, bit more iffy on if Kyle will get convicted. There's videos of people chasing him and screaming "kill that nigga".

At the root of all this though, Kyle never should have had that gun. He used illegal means to procure that gun was not legally allowed to use. That alone should be enough to damn him.
I agree that Kyle testifying would be a terrible idea.

For Pedobaum, his child rape would only really be brought up if the prosecution tries to frame him as a model citizen who get shot by the evil Kyle. The moment they try to paint Rosenbaum as a harmless good ol boy, the defense can rebut it by showing the jury that he anally raped several boys. If the prosecution limits themselves to Pedobaum's behavior during that night, the defense can't bring up his child rape convictions. But they can bring up the fact that Pedobaum was aggressive, was chasing Kyle, and lunged for Kyle's gun.

For that fight with the girl, that wouldn't be brought up (but apparently it was? Must've missed it) since it's irrelevant.

As for that gun, we don't know. I don't think it's illegal for someone to hold it for you and then transfer it to you once you're of age. As Black testified it was kept locked up in the Black household. Possessing the gun might be a point of contention

And, again, just because Kyle might've illegally possessed the gun, that doesn't waive his right to self defense. If I run a red light, hit your car, and take off in a hit and run, I've committed a crime. If you run me off the road and try to beat me to death with a tire iron, and I shoot you dead, it's not like I suddenly don't have a self defense claim because of my prior illegal act.

I really hope the Defense grills Koerri on cross-examine. It's really crazy how this guy can say "People are having their voices heard," saying it was mostly peaceful, and how shit was on fire. It'll be very interesting to hear about how people peacefully committed arson to let their voices be heard.

Koerri Elijah: He Provided A Helpful Service, But Is He A Hero To Be Celebrated? Certainly Not! – Opinion

I will be in the courtroom for the duration of the political prosecution of Kyle Rittenhouse. Since the trial is streaming on millions of devices around the world, I won’t bore my readers with the same reporting that will be done by countless news agencies. The Kenosha News is putting out articles from the associated press even though they have a full-time assigned seat inside the courtroom. Maybe for once the Kenosha News editor doesn’t want Deneen Smith’s extreme left slant on the coverage of this case. What I will do, however, is point out things that those who are not intimate with is community, and even and some who are, do not know.
During the remainder of this trial, remember, the mayor who let Kenosha burn has a surrogate in the court room – at the prosecutor’s table, actually.

Kyle is “David” and the State of Wisconsin, with all of their resources is “Goliath.” The only thing that gives Kyle a fair and likely shot to win is the generosity of strangers that donated money to his defense. He now has a team of three sharp attorneys – among the best in the business. It’s now a fair fight.
"The Kenosha News is putting out articles from the associated press even though they have a full-time assigned seat inside the courtroom"
How pathetic.
