Unfortunately for me, many of these men are the type I would be attracted to, pre-op and before hormones. I have always liked men who are thin or lanky and a little androgynous looking. But when they transition and play make-believe, it's not attractive anymore.

Pretty sure nobody has ever tried to create a foreskin of any kind, probably because most FTMs are fujoshis and that's not shown in their yaoi. Plus, at least in the US, most guys are cut, so the girls (if they're not virgins) probably wouldn't have seen foreskins before.

Even though a person can have facial features that are traditionally associated with the opposite sex (like an angular jaw, or a button nose), they’ll still have enough features (ones that can’t be changed through surgery, like eye socket shape and shoulder width) that the brain still recognizes them as their correct sex. It’s why FFS doesn’t really work. At best, it momentarily confuses the brain for a bit.
