The defense are fucking morons then again so is the prosecutor smh
Yeah, I’m just hoping that at this point the prosecution has sufficiently pissed everyone off enough that they’ll overlook how brain dead the defense is. I mean the judge definitely hates the prosecution already.

This boomering over tech issues is as annoying as Binger playing 20 minutes of some retard looking lost.

Admitting Kyle's injuries were not serious would be an admission that his life wasn't in danger, and that Kyle's use of lethal force is not justified.
you don't have to actually have serious injuries to be able to respond with lethal force, you just have to have a reasonable fear of them or death

Lawyer didn't admit kyle didn't have serious injuries (he didn't, and the pros will bring that up), but pried out fo the witness that those things could have put him in a reasonable fear.

Or it means that Kyle successfully defended himself. It doesn't matter how bad the injuries are, it matters if he had reasonable reason to feel his life was in danger. Getting your head bashed in with a skateboard and then torn apart by an angry mob would qualify as something lethal to fear.
