This is true- if they're raised in nomadism, children can handle it just fine. The problem comes from expecting to stay in one home for an extended time and then suddenly having that ripped out from under you over and over again. That traumatizes children.There's no proof that children raised in the homes of nomads are pre-disposed to more trauma than children raised in the homes of house dwellers.
The Israelites raised their children in tents wandering from place to place and Elohim didn't mind.
