I think he was hoping he'd give him something and now it's just sour grapes.Impeaching their own witness? Lolwut?
Defense lawyer swooped in and put that to rest. Side note, tomorrow they will be getting Subway according to the hot mic.Is he threatening the witness with perjury?
It sounds like he told the Feds what he thought was true at the time.Defense lawyer swooped in and put that to rest. Side note, tomorrow they will be getting Subway according to the hot mic.
Sounds like he was pissed that the witness helped the defense and was threatening retaliation of some sort.Is he threatening the witness with perjury?
The funniest timeline is this, but Huber's dad somehow knocks the gun out of the bailiff's hand, Kyles scoops it up, and Kyle nails him where he nailed his son.Hopefully he does and gets shot by the bailiff.
I agree, but also, let him. His next victim is Mr. Black and he might not get a single favorable juror after this show.Cross was great.
Whatever the prosecutor is trying to do now is a bad idea, he needs to just leave it.

lil bit of a powerlevel, I've been interviewed several times by the FBI in my life. Most the time it is just some casual conversation to hopefully fill in gaps or confirm what they already know. Just answer to the best of your ability and be honest; that is what this gent sounds like he did. Boy, that was out of left field from the prosecutor. It sounds like he told the Feds what he thought was true at the time.
