One of the horrifying things about Jazz is that it's all obviously flab.
Like I know some dudes who are absolute units but some of the fat is visceral, some is inside the muscles, and some is external flab, so it's like an inch of flab on top of something more solid.
With Jazz, it looks like his abdominal wall is where it was a hundred pounds ago.

I thought visceral fat was "the bad kind" cause it's around organs and puts you at risk of heart problems? And flab is the easier-to-lose, less dangerous kind of fat?
Jazz and his brothers don't strike me as naturally husky guys. Some of Jazz's wierd body could be a result of a skinny guy gaining loads of weight quickly from food, like Nickocado.

On the contrary, it DOES look like inner visceral fat to me; that belly looks hard as a rock and tight as a drum -- in a bad way. Not soft and flabby like jelly hanging down. Sadly, a sudden heart attack might be the best poor Jazz could hope for, at this point...

I wonder if this season is going to bother exploring what exactly these mental issues are, or if they are just using mental health as an excuse? If Jeannette really cared about Jaron, she could have canceled the whole thing and given him time to recover, or even retire, from the show.

I also wonder that now that Jazz has evolved into a train wreck girl with mental and physical health issues if Jeannette is no longer seeing him as someone to live through. Like, before, Jazz was a pliable little child that Jeannette could project her desires for fame and attention. But now that Jazz has grown into this fat, depressive loser with no social approval Jeannette no longer identifies with Jazz and his "accomplishments" and is reorientating her narcissism onto Sander, a viable healthy young man desperate for approval, willing to be molded for mommy's love.

Fucking hell, if I saw someone as fat as Jazz in their 30s, I’d be worried for them. Someone aged 21, with hormone-wrecked bones, he’s gonna be dead before he hits middle age. For someone that age to be having mobility issues due to weight is very, very concerning. I figured the end would come through suicide, but now I’m thinking heart attack in his 30s.

Realistically, with the castration and hormones pumped into his system, could Jazz ever reach a somewhat normal, even skinny body type ever again?

In the coming years we are going to see the effects of young adults that never had a proper puberty due to being put on hormone blockers at a young age.
When they were prescribed for young girls (sometimes as young as 5 or 6) that went through precocious puberty, the parents were told about all the potential risks of going on these medications.
Jazz has likely had more medical care thanks to rich parents that wanted their little money maker/ star to appear healthy and happy so they can be seen as progressive parents/ heroes to the LGBT community. But shit does that kid look bad. The rapid weight gain on top of the botched surgery has his movements look like that of a chronic pain patient. I can't imagine him not having back and knee issues.
Food is likely the only thing that makes him feel good.
I don't think so... But hey, it's another story line for another season! Jeanette and Sander are ready for their closeups...

Don't forget the back & knee issues caused puberty blocking drugs (this shit causes bone thinning, oestoporosis & more horrible things). Imagine that PLUS obesity which is also bad for his bones.
Jazz' entire body is basically ruined. And his mind...well I would say 41% is likely.

Jeanette has shown a liking for needling and humiliating Jazz well before this. TT Exulansic did a video where she showed a scene where Jeanette was making fun of a post-operative, bleeding, suffering Jazz for not knowing that sanitary pads shouldn’t be flushed down the toilet. The implication being that is Jazz was a real woman he would’ve known this. And belittling Jazz’s pain because it’s not as bad as period pain (tf???). Jeanette is typical narc mom who sees her offspring as her own possessions which she can manipulate, manage and mistreat depending on her own inner mood. But now that her Jazz-toy is broken, she and TLC are moving onto Sander. The poster above was right in that poor Sander is kind of being forced to take girldick because it’s that or admit that being trans does not make you an actual woman. Lesbians experience the threat of “corrective rape” but this is more like politically corrective rape. Sanders is in for a rough couple of years but hopefully it’ll mean Jazz gets left alone for a bit as he is clearly right on the edge of what he can psychologically cope with in this situation.

Every one of these adults in Jazz’s life have failed him.
Humiliating him, mutilating him, exploiting him, and vetting any contact Jazz has, it’s blatant lifetime abuse that I’d never wish on anyone but the people that did this to Jazz. I feel nothing but sorry for that poor young boy that was forced into chemical castration because his mother didn’t want a faggot son.
I don’t even think anything will happen after Jazz 41% himself, it’ll be the “transphobia” or the “dysphoria” that killed him, and Jeanette and Co. will push this crazy shit on to children even more.

Jazz does have the features of an old fashioned castrato (choir boys that were castrated a a young age to keep their prepubesent voice. They were known for their long limbs and barrel chests along with weak bones. Testosterone plays a huge part in the early years and those that had it cut off suffered from weak ligaments and brittle bones.
