This trial is a fucking riot. Witnesses on the scene just help the defense. DNA evidence contradicts video evidence so just looks like a scummy move. Now they're opening up a thief, a wife beater, and a serial child rapist to character witnesses. The DA MUST know that they don't have a case lol.

For some reason they seem to be thinking 'he skates literally everywhere lol' is humanizing?
People picked up on the fact that Antifa and other rioters would have skateboards with them they never seemed to actually be using, but would instead use as a weapon. I'm guessing they're trying to reduce that angle of attack, and attempt to humanize him as well.

"He was a good boy. Except for that time he tried to strangle his girlfriend. Or that time he beat his child. Or the other time he tried to kill his other girlfriend."
"That skateboard was his best friend. Even beat his girlfriend with it."
Like what's the point of knowing he liked to skateboard? He wouldn't dare to use it as a weapon?

>Couldn't get any sponsors
"Oh, how cute one little skater at the Kenosha riots, heard your video of your death went over pretty well. Guess kids really dig that goofy 'death skating' crap!"

Why is she putting so much emphasis on his skateboard? It makes no fucking sense.

I wish they could bring in Tony Hawk as an expert witness to shit talk Huber's stance.

Is this you?

Maybe, just maybe, Pros is trying to open up character questioning so that he can sneak in that video of Kyle allegedly saying "if I had my AR, I'd shoot them" that was deemed inadmissible.

Defense can't just ask about huber's past right? They'd have to limit to things Kyle knew at the time? or does this witness open the door.
