I swear to god, people are so soft where they think they can do whatever they want and not face any type of serious consequence. The three losers who got shot seemingly never faced any real consequences for their previous disturbing actions that they thought what they were doing is fine. And it’s articles like this that reinforce that idea. To any normal person this would be a total Darwinian encounter, but we’re so ass backwards in society that women beaters and pedophiles are victims. *end being MATI*
ETA with a PL a “friend” from high school tried to get me fired from my job for saying the three victims acted like they were invincible
You should dox him

Is this guy seriously saying Kyle didn't lay on the ground so he didn't think he was surrendering? Like sorry it's a bad look for you, but you drove right by the perp bro
also, he says he heard rifle shots... and he sees Kyle with his AR and his hands up and doesn't think "hmmm this could be the guy"
This cop sounds cucked. They need to purge these softies from the force.

First he complains Kyle was in the road, then complains that he didn't kneel or lie down? In the road? And then when he's on the side, you pepper spray him and tell him to go away? And you expect him to lie down or kneel with a mob after his head? These are the people you're supposed to surrender your right to defend yourself to, everybody!

They went at a good pace today. I wonder how much longer before the prosecution rests (in peace due to self-harm).

KCE Obtains Rittenhouse Search Warrant That Prosecutors Told Police To Ignore

For the first time, the public can see the search warrant that was petitioned for and signed by former Judge Mary K. Wagner (D) for the contents of Gaige Grosskreutz’s cell phone. On September 23, 2020, less than one month after career criminal Gaige Grosskreutz seemingly attempted to shoot and kill 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, Kenosha Police asked a judge for a search warrant. They wanted to seize and analyze the contents of Grosskreutz’s cell phone.

So it looks like the strat was to use Hard R to get the jury comfortable with the defense and examine witnesses they expected to be friendly. Then when things were getting potentially more contentious and the jury likes Kyle and the team they send in Lex to smack the harder witnesses into the dirt.

Are they trying to say that Kyle was potentially prepared to shoot police?

That was definitely the impression I was getting from the ZoGbot in the witness booth, yes. The way he described it made it sound like Kyle was advancing upon them in some sort of threatening manner (While also not seeming to be a threat, apparently?). Obviously this is ludicrous, but I'm slightly fearful that the jury may have gotten the same impression.

I think it would be a drop in the bucket compared to all the actual hard evidence and testimonies that support Kyle's innocence, however.

Is there a single prosecution witness that's actually hurt Kyle so far? They've either self destructed on the prosecution or in McGinnis's case actually tried to help him. With Chauvin there was plenty of back and forth.

kyle and crew did the same earlier shouting friendly, showing that they're friendly. add that to the confusion.

doesnt make pross's case but hey, we already knew that.

It say something that it took me a while to realize "Hard R" didn't mean the actual word nigger, but Mark "with two hard Rs" Richards

That's one of the funnier memes to come out of this.
