Eight tablespoons of creamer... 1 tbsp = 35 calories. That's 280 calories in ONE cup of coffee.

Edit: she logged it as only 4 tablespoons for 140 calories. Awfully big "teaspoons" to equal out to only 4 tablespoons
I caught this, too. I think she was using the 1/2 tbsp to measure with, but that is still such a calorie waste.

Don’t try me with this shit, Amber. I WILL kill myself if I ever see this much of your chest fat ever again.

Wow Amberlynn is an asshole.

The food on the journal entry is almost exactly the same as the diet the WLS doctor tasked her with two years ago;
She goes on to say that the doctor didn't talk about fruit and veggies enough for her taste, which is hilarious because the only veggies I see on her list are green beans, from a can if history is any indicator. She also hit X to doubt the WLS doctor at that time for saying she doesn't need WLS, as she can lose weight on her own, which is something she has very recently changed her tune about in losing weight after a breakup | weigh in 10.27.2021;
Why would I need weight loss surgery when I'm doing it on my own, right now?
On your own, huh? Finally, she complains that the calorie intake was too low (~700 was her claim, though this is literally impossible considering the tv dinners she eats range from 300-400 calories by themselves), and the sodium content was too high. Which again is hilarious when a) we look at her salt lick of a diet, b) she chose to implement all of the most sodium-heavy elements of the doctor's diet.

This fat bitch really took a shit on the opinions on a professional on Youtube, ghosted him, then co-opted his plan and pretended she came up with it all on her own.

At her weight fruits should be a no no. Too much sugar.
The metabolism needs to be kicked into high over drive.

Doc probably said meat, shrimp, steak, you know PROTEIN and she said nah uh.
She wants her rice and potatoes.
And Starbucks sugar syrup water.

Don’t try me with this shit, Amber. I WILL kill myself if I ever see this much of your chest fat ever again.

You can tell she's feeling her oats in this pic. but does she feel the impending organ failure that's going to hit her like a train?

While I like your analysis, in reality, this is not why Amber dismissed the recommendations from this bariatric surgeon and the ones from the subsequent other bariatric surgeons that she consulted. Amber loves making holes in trivial information and not addressing the root cause of her refusal. If truth be told, she emphatically refuses to have psychotherapy to deal with her food issues. All these bariatric surgeons requested that she went to psychotherapy before accepting her for surgery.

Again, Amber loves to discuss trivialities that can be easily fixed.

Amber knows what works for her and psychotherapy is not part of it.

I think it might be even simpler than that: she ultimately won't go through with bariatric surgery, because bariatric surgery would compel her to stop eating. And she doesn't want to stop eating.

(And not being able to eat for comfort would reveal the psychological issues she plasters over with food, so your point still stands.)

Things are looking dark:

Not even touching 50k, I tell you mega clickbait stuff in the next week. 50k on her CPM is about $100, so to estimate that's $500 a week x 4 = $2000. Even weigh-ins aren't getting 70k views.

so let us say 50k is her new average, that is about 1 million views a month and a solid 1 million, this is applying she sticks to her schedule, which sure as shit isn't happening.

I think why I am so surprised is that you had it all and did nothing to stop the decline. I really do think Amber despises Youtube but can't get an escape because she is dumb as a brick.

the handwriting that she shows from her "calorie notebook" in her most recent vlog seems very different from the one that she shows from her comeback vlog (Oct. 3rd 2021), does anyone notices a difference? almost like someone else wrote it...

Hmm.. not sure about this one. The fact that you joined today piqued my interest.
I don't recognise Amber's handwriting on sight, I did a little digging. This sample from her video 'reading my journals to you' (26 July 2018 ) looks fairly close to the food diary handwriting shown.
In both handwriting samples the letters, like the lady herself, are short and fat. The letter 's' is formed with with exaggerated curves, the upper right part of the 'f' comes down excessively, and the 'g' has a long loop, to name a few. In both cases the script leans backwards, to the upper left.

I'm no expert, but they look close enough to believe the same person wrote them.

There are a few suspicious aspects to the food diary/journal, and indeed the video, though.

1. She opens the journal to the 4th November, clearly showing the page completed is the first lined page in the journal. So this is day 1 of writing your food down?

Screenshot_20211106-101917_YouTube.jpg

2. The video jump cuts, and there appears to be a page before the 4th November completed. It doesn't appear to be ink transfer. Unless she's detailed the 3rd November on first unlined page after the cover?

3. Most people with a healthy BMI will struggle to stick with 1600 cals a day. That amount of daily calories is 'awake hungry during the night' territory. Her maintenance is around 3,000. Amber is almost five times her ideal weight (550lb/110lb), yet she's walking a calorie deficit of a 55% of maintenance?
Get the fuck out of here..
4. Daily calories of 1600 should see her losing 5lb or 6lb a week. I think she said her next 'mini goal' was 489? She should achieve that goal in 18 days, if she's sticking to 1600 cals.

5. This is all notional. As previously pointed out with the coffee creamer served, versus coffee creamer calories recorded in the food diary, it's probably as much a work of fiction as Hello Darling.

Too much fat larded on the smooth brain to ever admit she has no fucking idea of what she's talking about.

What daphuq would work for her is putting her own dumbass self in check for a moment and listening to a professional, but yeah, never gonna happen. Just like my senile 86 year old mother that "knows what's best for her."

I believe they meant that the “hunt a killer” handwriting/style wasn’t hers?

Sorry, I don't understand the hunt a killer reference - is that a series, or an American thing?
I was taking the 'almost like someone else wrote it' to mean the poster thought Jade wrote it. It's the farms, no need to pussyfoot around the point here.

I did however go full Boyle re: handwriting and found this. Amber's chameleon personality tendencies seem to spill over to her writing, too.

Sorry for the confusion, the writing in her comeback vlog notebook was for hunt a killer which is a subscription box where you solve fictional crimes. If I quoted it right, posted here.

But that's still HER notebook, right? That's her own (or Jade's?) notes on the crimes.

Hunt a Killer comes with clues that can include things like "hand written" postcards and letters, just in case anyone is still confused. But I don't think it would send a whole notebook like that. Maybe a small souvenir reporter-style notebook.
