Mommy Dearest. What can I say, I hope he enjoyed John Waters' commentary too. (As some of you already know, Nyk is a huge John Waters fan, he claims to have walked by John Waters in Baltimore without saying anything.)

Mommy Dearest here because Manson's ex-wife Dita von Teese had compared her relationship to Manson to Mommy Dearest - because Manson too suffers from "night terrors" and Dita von Teese apparently had to personally witness Manson going through such many such a psychotic episode, taking out his drug-induced paranoia on Dita by throwing objects at her. Manson himself had studied the movie

he was offered the role of the Queen of Hearts in an Alice in Wonderland adaptation:

Nyk says that Mommy Dearest shows that
"fame is just agony to this woman and dealing with the constant scrutiny, it's bipolar", but would he say the same thing about Marilyn Manson supposedly taking out his agony on all these women in his life? Cos Manson was scrutinized and he just didn't care, he did it anyway because he thought that being an rockstar was the ultimate alibi, just as troons are now using their trans status as the ultimate alibi.
Here's the thing though, why the fuck is Nyk reading all my posts about Marilyn Manson here on KF? I am sure Nyk is privately jealous of Marilyn Manson because, as I pointed out, Manson actually dated and fucked Nyk's porn crush Stoya, and later referred to Stoya as his "sister" after they broke up and remained friends... but why the fuck does Nyk care about the Manson scandal to go and read everything I am posting in that thread?
I care about the Manson scandal because
I grew up listening to that music so for me personally it's a reconning with my past and my formative influences, but Nyk was never into metal/industrial/gothic music. Nyk was an emo as a teen and was into Evanescence, but that's about it. I remember Nyk was once asked on a stream whether he likes Nine Inch Nails and he said he's only seen Reznor's wife's band (How to Destroy Angels) perform live and that the only NIN music he liked was Reznor's OSTs for movies like
The Social Network and
Gone Girl. Nyk has no connection to or interest in that world at all. So why is Nyk reading all of my posts about Manson? Just because I compared Nyk to Manson because of the
Lolita thing? Yeah, I do suspect Nyk would be dating a much younger ERW of his own, if only his rabid standom would let him get away with it, but he can't so he went and became "Natalie" instead. I suspect the reason Nyk likes
Lolita is because he recognizes his own "cravings" for a younger partner in the main character of that book - who, BTW, at one point has sex with a
"hairy hermaphrodite" just before running off with Lolita, so Humbert Humbert is not just a 1950s pedo but a 1950s GAMP trannie chaser too. Now why would Nyk be so taken by this character, who was also such a huge inspiration for Manson...
